01/04/2026: The restaurant is noteworthy with interesting dishes, but unfortunately there are some negatives to report that you wouldn't expect from a Michelin-starred restaurant... We didn't order the tasting menu, but opted for an appetizer and a main course. 1. After being shown to the table, we were left alone for 20 minutes without seeing anyone again... 2. They serve the raw patanegra cut only with a slicer and not with a knife, served on a wooden cutting board. 3. The price is well over €200 per person, but we know that the wine is the star, you pay for it...

20/03/2026: Truly excellent dinner! I haven't been back in a while, but I can confirm that the chef has incredible skill and creativity, and you can see that the ingredients are second to none. The spaghetti in saor was incredibly satisfying, just as I remembered, and the pigeon won me over with its perfect cooking and incredible flavor. The desserts are fantastic: bold yet balanced pairings, and I appreciated the skillful use of fermentation. Kudos to all the staff, whose service was impeccable and very attentive without ever being overwhelming. An experience I'll definitely repeat.
