25/12/2024: Dinner with the chef's surprise tasting menu: a culinary experience with dishes with a refined taste and particular flavours, but always balanced and pleasant. However, we found one aspect that could be improved in the wine pairing proposal. The menu did not indicate a specific tasting option to accompany the menu. We then asked the staff for a proposal of paired wines and we were offered a tasting of six half glasses (equivalent to three whole glasses), without however providing us with any indication of the price. Accustomed to other experiences in starred restaurants, we assumed that the cost was in line with the average. To our surprise, the cost of the wine tasting was 90 euros. Although the quality of the wines was appreciated, we believe it is important that the price is communicated transparently to the customer to avoid unpleasant surprises.

21/12/2024: The fall of a myth... I had been stocking up for years, especially at the butcher's counter for the fine cuts of meat that could be purchased, but in the last three times I went I no longer found such prestige. Basically they have aligned themselves with many other butchers and therefore I can no longer justify the prices they have maintained prestigious. Too bad, it's the same at a better price
