05/11/2024: Location with a beautiful view if you choose to have lunch or dinner outside. The interior is not very large and is a mixture of elegance and refinement that recalls a completely romantic and reserved moment. The welcome and service are made classy and with a touch of charm by the owner or manager, always very elegant and refined in his ways. The menu is very refined and particular. The Euganean Wild Boar Tartare with caramelized Tropea, caper leaf and porcini mushroom powder is very good. The slender seven-cereal Bigoli with wild boar ragù and cardoncelli were tasty but a little dry. The best dish was certainly the veal cheeks cooked in a brown sauce, something exceptional in terms of tenderness and taste, one of the best cheeks I have ever eaten, congratulations. The desserts are good, but something more could be done, honestly I didn't fully appreciate the decomposed Cheesecake, much less the Catalan which had too much of a hint of cheese. Overall the experience was very positive. I recommend this place for those looking for a romantic and classy evening, escaping from the chaos of the city. A corner of tranquility and privacy.
