It's not the first time I've eaten there; this time, I was in the area for three days for work, sampling various specialties, all delicious.

23/10/2025: We spent €600 and were treated terribly. The worst panzanella I've ever eaten. An insult to Tuscan tradition. €15 for a dish that was wrong on every side. The owner was arrogant, presumptuous, and rude.
