29/06/2025: Upon our arrival, we were surprised to have to pay the entire amount (three nights in one of the chalets) immediately. Later, we realized why... we ended up staying only two nights and then fled, not even trying to claim the money for one night's stay.
Our chalet had clearly not been cleaned; the two plastic chairs on the terrace were broken (so much so that I actually hurt myself sitting down), the window was so broken that it could only be closed with brute force, the local youth were hanging around in the pool, playing ball and shouting, so we didn't feel like staying there for a few hours. When we showered, water ran directly through the switched-on spotlight – bizarre and dangerous. We reported this problem to reception, and were later told that it had been investigated and everything was fine.
The only positive point of this hotel: The staff at reception and in the restaurant were extremely friendly and helpful.
In conclusion: When owners don't invest, things can only get worse. Never again! Poor value for money. I paid as much as I would for a four-star hotel, and the accommodations were like a crappy guesthouse.
P.S. I would have liked to upload a video titled 'Water running through spotlights,' but unfortunately, I couldn't.
28/06/2025: The rooms are modern okay and equipped with what needed but as hospitality and food i had far better. Even the spa experience i had far better not as expected either

31/01/2025: Questo ristorante in zona porto si rivela una piacevolissima sorpresa, locale molto accogliente, il cibo davvero ottimo con una ampia scelta di carne frollata, ottima anche la carne cruda (sia tartare che carpacci), una recensione molto positiva la merita anche la ragazza in sala, gentile, professionale, in grado di dare ottimi e azzeccati consigli, sicuramente un valore aggiunto x il locale. Consigliatissimo!!
02/11/2024: Se desidera trascorrere una serata particolare con delle specialità indimenticabili, vi consiglio di cenare in questo locale. Menù tipico venezuelano, prelibatezze per tutti i palati. Consiglierei per chi vuole provare diversi assaggi, il pabellón, un piatto completo di tante specialità prelibate. Io lo frequento spesso con amici e famiglia. Personale simpatico e molto cortese

18/12/2024: Ristorante consigliato da amici per la presunta qualità della carne. Arriviamo e pur essendo Agosto il locale è stranamente semi deserto. Servizio pessimo e con una tempistica davvero esasperante. Una proposta di carne varia ma a prezzi allucinanti. Personale non pervenuto, capace solo di abbozzare scuse improbabili per il ritardo. Non ci siamo gustati praticamente nulla perché le portate sono arrivate ai commensali in tempi diversi e biblici, creando disarmonia e disagio nella tavolata. È stato tutto talmente squallido che non mi sono sentita di scattare nemmeno una foto ricordo. Una esperienza davvero da dimenticare!!!!! Il conto semplicemente folle.

22/05/2025: Sono stato a pranzo in questo ristorante con amici in occasione di un viaggio Palermo.
Il ristorante ,una specie di cantina caratteristica ,tutto sommato tipica e accogliente .
Viene servito un menù prestabilito con un ricco antipasto con prodotti buoni e a seguire una grigliata di carne.
Prezzo fisso con acqua ,vino e amaro con biscottini probabilmente fatti in casa euro 25.00.
Direte voi ottimo prezzo se non ci fosse il trucchetto della grigliata in quanto ti viene detto che per averla devi aspettare almeno mezz'ora,ancora tutto normale fin qui.
Con i miei amici abbiamo optato per il no ed abbiamo chiesto il conto pari ad euro 125.00.
Il problema arriva ora non abbiamo preso la grigliata ricordate e quindi abbiamo pagato 25 euro solo un antipasto giusto.
Alla mia richiesta di spiegazioni su come mai avessimo pagato 25 euro senza grigliata ,la ragazza tra l altro anche simpatica inizia ad arrampicarsi sugli specchi adducendo motivazioni assurde.
Piccolo inciso ci chiede se possiamo pagare in contanti per aiutarla,mi viene i dubbio forse ad EVADERE
04/05/2025: se potessi dare zero lo metterei, siamo andati con la mia famiglia, abbiamo mangiato solo l’antipasto, perché per la carne c’era non so quanto da aspettare (abbiamo temporeggiato fino a 40 minuti) e abbiamo deciso di andare via. Arriviamo alla cassa e abbiamo pagato solo per l’antipasto 20€ a persona… letteralmente un furto, la macchinetta del caffè guasta, il bagno sprovvisto di tutto… sconsigliatissimo per chi vuole farsi un pranzo fuori con la famiglia.

An Experience to Forget
My recent visit to the Roadhouse Restaurant in Milazzo was unfortunately a disappointment on several fronts, culminating in an experience I do not intend to repeat.
I opted for the kebab sandwich from the menu, expecting a tasty and well-prepared dish. Instead, I was served a sandwich with cold meat, a detail that immediately compromised the entire dish. But it was not just the temperature that was an issue: the flavor of the meat, also cold, was anything but exciting, with a consistency that resembled an indefinite mush, lacking a recognizable and satisfying taste.
The chips, although initially promised as tasty, turned out to be a sore point. There were few and numerous imperfections, with several potatoes stained black, a sign of poor quality or attention to selection.
To complete the negative picture, the price of Coca-Cola on tap: about 4.30 euros per glass is an exorbitant and unjustified cost for such a common drink.
In summary, the quality of the food, the poor care in preparation and the excessive prices, especially for drinks, made my experience at the Roadhouse Restaurant in Milazzo extremely unsatisfactory. Without a doubt, I will not go there again.
26/05/2025: Good evening, I called the road house in Milazzo on the phone and a girl called Noemi answered, she was very rude in her tone and manner of answering. I don't think I'll ever order anything from this place again.

Ci siamo trovati divinamente, Mama Steak House e' una garanzia in Sicilia, perché potrai degustare piatti a base di carne, nei quali poter apprezzare tanta fantasia. Il proprietario e' davvero brillante e ti fa sentire sin da subito a proprio agio. Assolutamente consigliato. Il ristorante all'interno e' molto chic e gode anche di una affascinante location.
