06/12/2024: Ho preso due polli e un sacchetto di patatine, e, secondo dopo secondo, speravo che non finissero mai. Da anni non mangiavo un pollo così buono, e le patatine erano strepitose. Complimenti!

24/12/2024: Siamo stati invitati ad una festa di compleanno e per la serata era prevista una tombolata della quale, chi ha organizzato la festa a sorpresa al festeggiato, era a conoscenza; quello che però non si sapeva è che la caratteristica principale della tombolata sarebbe stata la VOLGARITÀ a 360 gradi: sia nel linguaggio che nella gestualità, quindi, credo che, come minimo, i clienti sarebbero dovuti essere messi al corrente di questa cosa, dal momento che erano presenti minori (faccio un esempio: se io a Roma volessi andare al ristorante “La parolaccia”, so che si userebbe un determinato linguaggio e andrei prevenuta o non ci andrei affatto se non desiderassi quel tipo di accoglienza). Ma se la critica negativa fosse solo questa, diciamo che il danno sarebbe minimo. Il punto è che il servizio era a dir poco pessimo: camerieri che non adagiavano stoviglie e piatti ai tavoli con garbo e gentilezza davanti ai commensali, bensì quasi lanciandoli; mio padre ha chiesto la sostituzione di un piatto(dato che c’era un capello dentro)ad un cameriere che si è quasi rifiutato di cambiarlo; e sempre camerieri che, nel ritirare i piatti vuoti con le posate sporche dentro, prendevano quelle stesse posate e le mettevano sul tavolo (non portando posate pulite). Per non parlare della sistemazione dei tavoli e dei posti a sedere: persone attaccate l’una all’altra come le sardine, ma forse detta così non si rende nemmeno alla perfezione il reale e lugubre scenario. Insomma, A MAI PIÙ!

28/09/2024: Sono stata in questo locale in pieno inverno: il camino aperto, le sedie attorno al focalare, la tavolata unica con i cugini. Tutto sa molto di casa. Antipasto ricco di pietanze buone e genuine. Arrosto misto abbondante. Prezzo più che onesto! Padrona di casa presente e discreta. Good job!

17/08/2024: This restaurant is in an idyllic setting. We experienced an enchanted interlude both in terms of services and food. We enjoyed ourselves until dessert. I highly recommend for those who want a sublime experience in Cortona.

05/01/2025: Good, but with many buts the thing that is most annoying is the presumption of wanting to make fun of the customer, if you write sandwich with Torcinelli For three euros, you are required to specify that every addition, of any kind, costs €0.50 more, the fact that the customer only finds out at the moment of payment and therefore at that point he can no longer back out is quite rude. the aggravating circumstance is that on the wall it is written "sauces such as Mexican sauce, curry sauce... (and other complex sauces that I won't bother to list) cost €0.50 more" which suggests that only those that are a little more articulated items cost the addition and this makes you feel even more cheated, very long waiting times when you ask for a sandwich even though the grill is always lit and there is always someone to fill the sandwiches, you have to take into account waiting at least 20 minutes, which is a strange thing for a sandwich maker in a very busy square, good sandwich but there are certainly better ones in the city, don't give money to these people who think they are smart...

12/10/2024: Ancient family-run butcher's shop. Only 20 years ago they added the grill. Excellent price, quality, friendly and helpful staff

09/02/2025: Hi, I wonder how a manager can remain indifferent to the evidence when it is pointed out to him that the 0.40 beer brought to the table has half the glass foaming...after I point this out to him, he dismisses me by saying that it is normal...maaa So I finish my dinner with a 0.20 beer... who knows if the bill was half paid what he would say to me!....

08/02/2025: Great food. The sandwiches are delicious and the staff very friendly. But the wait from the kitchen is excessive. Not recommended on Fridays and Saturdays. The wait to eat a great sandwich is about 2 hours.

07/02/2025: Nice place, polite, respectful and kind owners. Place I frequent regularly. If you want kindness, courtesy, go to La Roscia and be wary of imitations. Well done Egidio

18/01/2025: Let's start by saying that: exaggerated prices, a real steal... but the real problem arises from the moment they present you with a container containing 4 counted taralli that are so hard to break your teeth, and then the touch of class: PITIFUL OLIVES as the night my stomach asked for mercy, rejecting everything I ate even as a newborn. Hey you reading this, do you really want to know the price? 2 cocktails and 4 taralli with two olives, 32 euros (2 people). Best regards

08/12/2024: Saturday 7 12 24. A small table for 3 people, mostly children. 1 experience in the venue. Entered at 9.30pm and left at 11.45pm We ate a medium center fry. Then to while away the wait they served more potato chips. The pizza arrived at 11.20pm. Left there because by now the hunger had passed and they were also raw. Personal opinion I'm disappointed. I hope the effectiveness of the service improves

11/10/2024: Very good food, not because we were very hungry at the end. We waited a long time, perhaps unprepared for the rush on Saturday evening... but the staff were very kind.

10/11/2024: Excellent refreshment point located inside the hot air balloon shopping center of Foggia, convenient place, fast service, tasty products, always very fresh, accessible to disabled children, families and the elderly, the staff who work there are very knowledgeable and professional

23/09/2024: Un locale così frequentato non può perdersi per una caparra di 2€ sulla brocca di vino sfuso. Purtroppo questo è quanto mi è successo; faccio gli acquisti in macelleria come da preassi, vada in cassa a pagare ordinando anche del vino sfuso, me lo consegnano in una brocca di vetro e mi chiedono 2€ di caparra rigorosamente in contanti; finita la cena vado a consegnare la brocca e mi fanno mille storie per la restituzione dei 2€. La discussione che segue richiama l'attenzione di una responsabile che ammette un errore di comunicazione fra lei e la collega ma ugualmente mi congeda dicendomi che non mi restituirà i due euro. Divertito dalla discussione, non certo preoccupato per i due euro, le chiedo allora di restituirmi la brocca......che ovviamente non mi viene restituita
