04/09/2023: Hamburger ottimi, sempre ben equilibrati nell'utilizzo di salse e condimenti. Panini senza lattosio. Personale attento e gentile, disponibilità di molti prodotti senza lattosio. L'entusiasmo dei gestori di percepisce sempre, spesso vengono proposte novità interessanti con salse particolari o ingredienti poco comuni. Complimenti ai ragazzi, anche per la cortesia!

There wasn't a course that wasn't followed by a "this is good!!", not to mention the friendliness of the guys who welcomed us at the last hour. Super recommended, don't have any doubts because you will be satisfied!

23/02/2024: The best place to eat and drink. Delicious freshly made food. Pasta - amazing! Burgers, steaks - fantastic. And the most important - nice, friendly and happy Staff. You definitely should visit this place when you are in Putignano. 😀
15/02/2024: A welcoming but also rustic place, with few seats to remain in the right amount of intimacy, but also because it consists of a single room.
Good food, with lots of space, from appetizers to first courses, second courses of sliced chicken and beef, to sandwiches, piadinas and deserts. I recommend the very tender straccetti with that golden and crunchy breading that makes them unique.

07/04/2024: The restaurant offers a wide range of combinations of sandwiches, is very clean and has an open kitchen. Possibility of eating gluten-free. After 8pm you often have to wait a little.

The place has seats that are not cleaned by the staff. Ordering seems well organised, with tickets numbered so you don't necessarily have to wait in line, in my case there was no need as there was no one there. Sandwich + drink + chips €10. The meat is all pre-cooked, who knows for how many hours, but the preparation time of the sandwich is not positively affected, it still takes 10 minutes. The bun is quite large, but in my case the burger was small (maybe 100g or less), greasy and overcooked, full of sauce to cover the flavour, with lettuce cut (poorly) into chunks, green tomatoes and soggy chips and half raw.
In short, despite the quality of the meat, defined as local and praised by the owner and some reviews, I can guarantee you that in terms of flavour, cleanliness and cost you eat better in the well-known fastfood restaurant.

09/12/2023: Prima volta a Santeramo, eravamo alla ricerca di una braceria buona ma non troppo costosa. Non avremmo potuto fare scelta migliore. Abbiamo mangiato il mondo e pagato meno di 30€ in due. Personale molto cortese e velocissimo a Servire nonostante fosse sabato. Ci tornerei altre mille volte! Tutto davvero delizioso.
05/12/2023: Posto informale, apparecchiamento con piatti monouso fatta eccezione per posate e bicchieri. Viene servita della carne, prevalentemente di cavallo, che ciascuno si sceglie passando prima in macelleria, a dir poco eccezionale.
Si ha un'ampia scelta di preparazioni e sei solo tu a decidere le quantità e i tempi di cottura. Buonissime le patate e le cipolle alla brace.
Personale gentilissimo e disponibile.
Tempi di attesa un pò lunghi ma ne vale la pena!!😋

07/02/2024: Ogni volta una ottima riconferma sia per la cena che il pranzo domenicale. Ovviamente carne e zampina da urlo. Piatti e prodotti molto buoni. Personale attento e premuroso (ovviamente di sabato sera è un po diverso ma cercano sempre di rivolvere ogni disguido). atmosfera accogliente come in famiglia. SUPERCONSIGLIATO
16/10/2023: sono stato a pranzo con mia moglie il 15 ottobre 2023, servizio mediocre (se non ordini la carne non ti danno un menù) il cameriere a voce ti elenca una serie di cose, e dico cose perchè non ti da spiegazioni di quello che ti elenca! ordinato pasta fatta in casa con salsiccia e funghi porcini (mi è arrivato una pasta che galleggiava in acqua con salsiccia, dei funghi porcini neanche l'ombra ma nemmeno il sapore!) Il pezzo forte? nel menù (chiesto in prestito da altro tavolo che aveva ordinato la carne) scrivono: antipasto di soli salumi a 10€, antipasto di soli formaggi a 10€, noi abbiamo chiesto di avere un solo antipasto ma misto di salumi e formaggi. Ci è stato servito un solo piatto misto. Quando è arrivato il conto abbiamo pagato quel solo antipasto 20€ e quanndo ho fatto notare che per 20€ avrebbero ddovuto portare due antipasti, uno di salumi ed uno di formaggi, quindi due portate mi hanno risposto fregandosene che per loro è così! Per quanto mi riguarda non andrò mai più!
