11/03/2026: The meat was good and tender, but in some places it was too grilled/burned, leaving a bitter taste. My fault; I could have asked the waitress to replace the burnt slice of meat. Overall, it was a positive experience. I'll definitely be back to try the sandwiches, because they look truly delicious. The dessert, the Oreo cheesecake, was also delicious.
A few years after the first review, I returned with some friends and we were disappointed: we entered when the restaurant was empty and even though another fifteen people had entered in the meantime, the service took a very long time... the meat in my sandwich was cooked in some places and raw in others... the coffee was burnt... and we had to ask for a remake... I ordered the chocolate cup (thinking it was hot chocolate) and instead it was the chocolate topping (the one usually used as a garnish for ice cream, pancakes and desserts) served as a drink... honestly, no... and I also had to ask for the spoon for the ice cream... doing the same job I would have "tolerated" certain mistakes if the restaurant had been packed... but it was quite empty... the drinks were flat (they said there had been a problem, but it had been fixed)... we reported the situation and the girl said she would report the problems... in their place I would have at least offered the coffee... the staff on duty certainly wasn't very experienced... honestly, not I know if I'll come back...
22/02/2026: Sunday lunch with all-you-can-eat ribs went perfectly.
Stefano and Fabrizio, in particular, were very professional and friendly.

31/05/2025: Imbarazzanti!
Cena con amici, abbiamo ordinato 4 antipasti di ribs e 5 portate principali più i dolci.
Al momento del conto (circa 240) ci salta subito all’occhio che le ribs che noi avevamo chiesto come antipasto (8.90 euro ciascuna) erano segnate a monitor a 17.90 euro l’una, quindi chiediamo alla signora in cassa, che sarebbe dovuta essere addirittura la responsabile, spiegazioni in merito.
Lei prima di tutto chiude il conto dello scontrino, in modo che questo non sia più modificabile dopo di che incolpa noi del fatto al momento dell’ ordinazione non abbiamo specificato che le ribs sarebbero dovute essere “buckets” quando in realtà lo avevamo chiaramente indicato alla cameriera.
Alla nostra richiesta di modifica del conto la risposta è stata: “ ormai lo scontrino é chiuso, io non ci posso fare più niente”
Io capisco che non sia un ristorante stellato, ma comunque questo é prendere in giro le persone.
Se non volete rovinarvi la serata non andateci.
13/04/2025: 30 minuti per prendere l'ordinazione e con solo 6 tavoli di cui 2 arrivati dopo di noi e tranquillamente serviti prima nonostante abbiamo cercato invano di chiamare le cameriere a quanto pare non sentivano.
Dopo 30 minuti a quanto pare si sono ricordati di noi mentre già tutti mangiavano (forse perché ci hanno visto senza piatti?)
Il rispetto in questo locale non sanno nemmeno cosa sia.
Mi dispiace perché in altri Roadhouse questo non mi è successo.
