12/08/2024: I went to The Angus with my partner, we wanted to eat meat and so we tried this restaurant in Villa Guardia which left us really happy. Very nice place and good food. Very friendly staff and willing to help you choose dishes. The house cured meats are really special and good. The tartare tasting is really worth trying, it offers a mix of flavors never tried before. The meat from the mixed mini grill was really tender. We ate very well, we were so full that we didn't even try dessert! A place I will definitely return to, both as a couple and with friends.

18/08/2024: The Pizza is excellent, but delivered on a wooden cutting board is not hygienic, how was it disinfected? and furthermore they don't serve bottled water and then offer you theirs prepared with the carbonator and then pay for it at a price...not positive...!!!
16/08/2024: Siamo stati a pranzo il giorno di ferragosto, Giovedì 15.08.24.
Premetto; c'eravamo stati altre volte, ma avevamo consumato solo pizza, buonissima.
Il pranzo di Ferragosto è stato parzialmente una delusione.
Buona parte dell'antipasto "insalata di mare" era immangiabile ....... il pesce aveva un odore sgradevole e all'assaggio sembrava pesce andato a male...... molto probabilmente lasciato fuori dal frigorifero parecchio tempo prima rispetto al momento in cui poi ce lo hanno servito. Abbiamo chiesto che ci fosse sostituito.
Servizio al tavolo molto carente....nessuno di noi, 9 persone, è riuscito a pranzare allo stesso momento, anche se, pur essendo portate diverse, avessimo chiesto che tutti fossimo serviti nello stesso momento. Chi ha mangiato la paella è stato servito verso ore 14.00 .
In alternativa all'antipasto, che non siamo riusciti a mangiare per i motivi di cui sopra, per andare sul sicuro, abbiamo chiesto che ci venisse servito un piatto di salumi........deludente, misero rispetto a quanto ci è stato servito in altre occasioni come antipasto prima di mangiare la pizza.
Al momento di pagare il conto, abbiamo fatto notare quanto successo ma ci è stato unicamente risposto......purtroppo oggi è toccato a voi.....
Non so se ci ritorneremo ancora.......anche solo per degustare la pizza.

28/08/2024: To summarize why was the experience, the service and the food (at least stakes) are bad in Comocafè/"ComoDiarrhea":
Service:
- The service was rather poor as wrong side dishes were delivered
- Water bottles just put onto the table without opening nor serving
- The table light was carelessly put onto the table without turning it on after it got darker.
- It was unclear what waiter takes care of our table as for every served plateor order taken another person came by
- Plates were removed while some at the table were still eating...
Food
- The quality of the food is low average
- The menue is rather big and which brings up the question how fresh the dishes are...
- medium rare meet was well done and medium was rather done too well. If the place calls itself a steakhouse I would expect more proficiency for meat.
- 2 out of 3 people got diarrhea after visiting the place.
- rather pricey for the food
Location:
- The location is close to the lake, yet it is not with a nice view and directly besides a rather busy street
- the table was fine and the napkins and the setting is pretty
- the olive oil bottle was smeary and not cleaned
- the table lamps are nice yet not turned on by the service personnel nor were they clean but rather stained
Overall not recommendable and more effort for the customer is a must for this place!

21/06/2024: Io e mio marito siamo stati in questo locale qualche anno fa e ci siamo trovati molto bene, la scorsa settimana ci siamo ritornati e abbiamo trovato una situazione disastrosa, pulizia questa sconosciuta! Locale semivuoto, tempi di attesa pazzeschi, cameriera supponente, è finita che ce ne siamo andati senza cenare... state alla larga!!

27/06/2024: Restaurant and pizzeria in a rustic setting, the food was good, the only drawback is the presence of a farm nearby which makes everything even more "bucolic".
27/04/2024: Lovely place truly rustic style. Very welcoming and family atmosphere. Both the pizza and the cuisine are excellent.
Always friendly and kind staff always ready to satisfy every need. And the prices are moderate.

06/08/2024: Good quality food, poor service, waiting after the end of dinner for well over an hour: I call the guy with the Bridge piercing and the horse and pawn tattoo on his arm and he tells me wait.... more arrived at the table. But during the service he was always nice and polite.
I call the curly blonde lady with long hair, annoyed she comes to the table to order the desserts not a smile or a nod of anything, the brunette girl behind the cashier with glasses arrives and clears the table for us.
Notice the coffees first and then the desserts arrive.
Note well, the lady with blonde curly hair also responds badly because to a question about a sandwich included with chips on the side we asked if we could change the chips and in an annoyed and arrogant tone... and no you can't if they are already there!! !!!!!! Whereupon we ordered a separate portion.
I believe to do this job or any job in contact with the public you must always have a smile, whatever happens and whatever has happened to you during the day or if you woke up badly, dear curly blonde, customers always hope to find a comfortable environment.

02/08/2024: Abbiamo visitato questo ristorante con la famiglia dopo il cinema. Siamo entrati verso le 20:30 e, essendo in sei, abbiamo chiesto un tavolo che imitava una carrozza. Tuttavia, ci è stato negato perché ci hanno detto che era per otto persone, non per sei. Ho fatto presente alla cameriera che era il 2 di agosto e il ristorante era mezzo vuoto; inoltre, avevano tre di questi tavoli 'carovana' e tutti e tre erano liberi. Nonostante ciò, non ci hanno permesso di sederci lì e ci hanno fatto accomodare altrove. Siamo entrati con i tre tavoli che desideravamo ancora vuoti e siamo usciti che erano ancora vuoti, come era prevedibile. Questi signori non conoscono la customer experience. Pertanto, l'attenzione al cliente è pessima.

08/08/2024: Hi everyone, today we had lunch with my partner, good food, nice environment, I should say that I was very disappointed with the service, because I have to describe the waitress with the bangs like that because the girls don't introduce themselves and it doesn't say them names... while a waitress with bangs was arranging the tables and on a tray she had clean cutlery, she dropped a fork 🍴 and she put it under the tray, because seeing that I was observing her, and in any case when she has thrown herself and he was moving away and putting the fork that had fallen among other clean cutlery.... so if you bring your own cutlery, it's better....
Two other waitresses I have nothing to say, they were kind and did their job...
I will not return again.... and I do not recommend...

Without these offers the prices are absolutely very high considering the quality of the meat which is not bad but not even worth the money they ask for! Service a little too slow (place not even half full).

20/09/2023: Wij zijn hier tijdens onze vakantie 4x gaan eten. Het ligt wat afgelegen maar is desondanks makkelijk te vinden. Alle gerechten waren heerlijk en zeer goed bereid. Personeel doet er alles aan om het je naar de zin te maken en werkt enorm hard. De carpaccio is heerlijk en ik heb nog nergens zulke lekkere spaghetti carbonara gegeten. Na elk diner mochten wij genieten van een glaasje limoncello van het huis. Wanneer we in de buurt zijn komen wij zeker terug, al zouden we er zeker ook een omweg voor maken!
07/09/2023: Leuke plek met goed eten, en zeker niet duur , we hebben er twee avonden achter elkaar gegeten en was perfect , de mix grill is een aanraden veel vlees voor weinig , de pizza en zelfs de pasta’s zijn heerlijk. Zeer gastvrije mensen. Las negatieve recensies ivm lang wacht op eten en dat de bediening je niet zag zitten, niks van waar, we zaten op de sport camping porlezza en dit is zeker de moeite waard om te bezoeken .

26/04/2024: This restaurant was brought to my eye by the stunning views and I was pleasantly suprised by the food along with the service. The staff knew alot about every product sold and even use some olive oil which one of the chefs grows at home. It was a delightful experience and would happily go again.
