09/02/2025: One midday I stop in this place in Villaguardia, a large grill immediately dominates at the back of the place.... Very beautiful, functional and captivating I decide for the Paccheri with Angus ragout.... After a technical wait of 20 minutes, the paccheri are long.... they arrive perfectly cooked, the ragù is tasty, the portion is generous... I'll be back for the meat for sure, certainty...

24/11/2024: La cucina è veramente notevole, in tutte le sue preparazioni, la carne è di qualità indiscussa. Anche una semplice marinara risulta veramente buona. Andiamo molto spesso a mangiare lì anche con amici o parenti. Il servizio ogni tanto ha peccato ma mediamente è sempre di livello. Il costo ovviamente è di pari passo con la qualità . Ma ogni tanto ci si toglie volentieri lo sfizio.

13/01/2025: Abbiamo prenotato per le 21 e, arrivati, abbiamo dovuto attendere più di 15 minuti perché il tavolo si liberasse. Non sono tanto i 15 minuti, che comunque alle 21 uno crede di accomodarsi subito, dato che ha prenotato. Ho lavorato anch'io in diversi ristoranti e la professionalità prevede che se un tavolo è prenotato per una certa ora il posto ci deve essere, non si può aspettare come in un fast food che si liberi il tavolo. Davvero poco professionale. Fosse solo questo, il problema è che la pizza non è stata digerita dalla maggior parte degli amici(ci siamo confrontati oggi). Come si fa ancora nel 2025 a non sapere che non si può servire una pizza se la pasta non è lievitata il giusto tempo?!Purtroppo questo è sempre causa del profitto ad ogni costo a scapito della qualità. L'unico gesto gentile è stato averci offerto il dolce per l'inconveniente di aver iniziato a mangiare alle 21.50 ma nel complesso esperienza brutta bocciata da tutti i commensali presenti con me. Il consiglio che do al gestore è quello di stare più attento a tutte queste cose, ieri ha perso 14 potenziali clienti che ovviamente non potranno fare bella pubblicità del posto. Nota positiva i camerieri, sempre gentili.

16/02/2025: Easy to book, welcoming room, well looked after, perfect equipment, excellent service, friendly and attentive to the customer's needs, compliments for the presentation of the dishes, the quality of the food and the abundance, the only note is attention to the cooking of the pasta, it risks arriving overcooked, better to remove it two minutes less than too late. For the rest, excellent quality/price and easy parking. Congratulations 👍

02/02/2025: I can only talk about my dish, the meat was excellent, I would have liked the Texan style of the beans to be less spicy, but those are the chef's choices... being lactose intolerant I was sorry not to be able to taste the pizza like everyone else, the waiter liked me , a very young but very experienced boy, he knew how to manage the situation better than the owners, and I was still satisfied with a focaccia with rosemary... the service was fast and attentive, I would go back just for the meat, the pizza unfortunately until they will learn to use lactose-free products I won't be able to taste 🙏
