18/03/2024: Completely incompetent staff! Kitchen closing time is 3pm, we arrive at 2.15pm. My family takes advantage of the Sunday special on ribs, but I don't like them, so I chose a burrito. I ask what type of sauce is contained inside the burrito and the answer was: "spicy", to which I reply: "ok, but what basis does this sauce have?" and the waitress: "eh... spicy". I had to have the sauce removed because the waitress couldn't answer. Compliments. After more than 30 minutes of waiting for 3 ribs and the room completely empty, we eat and they don't even tell us that the kitchen is about to close to find out if we wanted to get anything else. I wanted to get a dessert and I hear: "no, I'm sorry, the kitchen is closed". I'm sorry, but to make a dessert, knowing that there is still a table in the room, there is no excuse. WHAT A SHAME! I didn't answer properly just because I was in company. Conclusion: completely incompetent staff.

05/02/2024: Today, February 5th, we ask for a well-cooked hamburger sandwich, it arrives raw, we point it out and after picking it up and taking it to the kitchen, the same sandwich returns to the table with our hamburger cut into two parts, ridiculous!!!! Chips made at least 2 hours before moral of the story?? Everything BAD!!!!!!
