18/02/2026: I can't say anything against the food. It was very good but also on the higher price class. The waitresses were also friendly and provided a good service. The boss - I guess it was the boss was a bit grumpy especially when I asked some details about the ingredients. Maybe we were also lost to translation as I was speaking English.

Rossocarne's menu celebrates the authentic flavors of Ligurian tradition, using top-quality meat.
The service is excellent, and the staff is very friendly.
The restaurant is quaint, and the decor contributes to a casual yet elegant atmosphere.
22/02/2026: We booked for 10 people; the place wasn't very large but it was nice, with friendly and attentive service. We ordered an appetizer of cheeses and cured meats (excellent) and various tartares (average). Then we ordered a Florentine steak aged for 60 days (good but not exceptional), and a rib-eye steak aged for 180 days (more than 180 days), which unfortunately arrived cold and raw. We had it reheated, but it still didn't taste as exceptional as expected—a shame. All this was accompanied by an excellent Primitivo di Manduria. The desserts were not to be missed.

15/10/2025: My sister and I happened to be passing by and saw the colors of the Brazilian flag, so we went in. It was a welcoming place, Fernando, the owner, was very kind, and, importantly, the food was fresh and delicious, making us feel right at home. We'll definitely be back.

13/02/2026: Excellent pizzas, quality ingredients, very friendly service. The only negative, the same for dozens and dozens of customers, is the man at the cash register. He doesn't even look you in the eye, he doesn't even bother to tell you how much you spent because he just hands you the receipt without saying anything, let alone asking if everything was okay. Everything was excellent, but luckily the waiters make up for his rudeness.
03/02/2026: In my opinion, one of the best pizzerias in Genoa. Thin pizza with plenty of toppings and a wide selection on the menu. I recommend it!

28/02/2026: We stayed for three nights at the end of February 2026, and we enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much. The location is perfect; you can take a beautiful path to the city center, which is fantastic. The rooms are very clean, and the breakfast is satisfying. The building, with its charming garden, is wonderful. Both the surroundings and the hotel itself are quiet and peaceful.
There is a parking area called Minigolf very close to the hotel. The hotel staff are friendly and attentive to every detail. I asked many questions via WhatsApp, and they responded quickly. Everything was smooth and well organized.
I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you, Hotel Delle Rose!

14/01/2026: My wife and I had dinner on Saturday. I already knew the legendary Alfredo, who is an excellent host.
All the cuts of meat were exquisite, including appetizers and desserts. The house sparkling wine was good.
The location was very beautiful, with dinner in the dining room near the fireplace, spectacular, and it will surely be even better in the summer.
Well done, guys, see you soon.
07/01/2026: I had already met the owners from their previous business, and for us, the good food and service, along with a good value, were a pleasant confirmation. Now, in addition to their professionalism, they also offer a beautiful location with a sea view.

We stopped for dinner with a burger, and I have to say they were excellent. The portions were decent and fair. Prices were reasonable.

13/01/2026: We came on New Year's Day and spent it in this very nice and welcoming place. The staff was extremely friendly and always available.
25/12/2025: On Christmas Day, we had lunch at this restaurant like every year. We waited almost two hours for our appetizer when the restaurant owner, Mr. Massimo, served us. We complained about the wait, but instead of apologizing, he told us that next year you can do it somewhere else! He's truly rude, so we definitely won't be setting foot there again!
Absolutely not recommended.

26/07/2025: We were invited for a communion, but I found the atmosphere unsettled and unrelaxed. The waiters are rude and don't know what they're serving. The place could be better maintained. The food is of poor quality and the staff are unfriendly... I wouldn't return.
