05/10/2025: I'm starting from the premise that I've been wanting to try this place for a while. I finally got around to going with some friends, but the experience wasn't the best; in fact, if I have to be completely honest, it was one of the worst places I've ever been to. The meat they brought couldn't be cut. At first, I thought it was the knife, which wasn't suitable, but it was still tough, as "un sercio," as they say in Rome. Then we moved on to the tiramisu, which I finished in four spoonfuls—truly miserable. I don't think I'll ever go there again, and I certainly won't recommend it to anyone else.

28/09/2025: Everything was delicious, the meat was super tender, and the staff was super friendly. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back.

08/01/2026: Excellent experience, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Extremely helpful with explanations and, if you're unsure, they'll recommend cuts and cooking methods based on your personal tastes. The wines are also excellent. Fresh, high-quality products. As a raw ham lover, I found the tartare perfect. Personally, I preferred the pecorino and lime one, fresh and flavorful, but the other versions are also delicious. Highly recommended :)
