26/07/2024: I often travel for work and this time I found myself in Pomezia for dinner. Among the various restaurants and trattorias I chose to dine here. As soon as I sat down, I was welcomed by Fabio, the butcher and owner, who was able to recommend, based on my requests, a tasting of two first courses including a tonnarello with cacio e pepe and tortiglioni alla carbonara, a sliced ​​beef with a side of baked potatoes and sautéed chicory, sheep's roasts, sausage and lamb rib. The service was quick, the first courses were delicious and the meat cooked rare melted in your mouth. Everything of the highest quality. The place is very nice with a butcher's counter and an exposed brazier which in my opinion is a guarantee. We entered as customers and left as friends with Er Braciola (Fabio). I will return and recommend it.

14/03/2024: Very nice, welcoming place. The owner is very kind, as are the girls who work there. All very good, fresh and good quality food. They have an open meat counter, and the cooking on the grill is also visible. The appetizers are also delicious and are varied and different from the usual. Absolutely worth trying!

12/08/2024: Sliced ​​and cooked perfectly, it is served with a generous side of baked potatoes. Delicious and well-made appetizers. Good wine list. Fast and kind service. Fair price.

03/08/2024: Avevamo uno sconto the fork , e abbiamo approfittato scoprendo che in realtà i prezzi esorbitanti che c'erano un anno fa sono cambiati...adesso offrono un menù più abbordabile per cui si può andare anche senza sconto the fork. La carne buona e il servizio davvero ottimo, personale gentile e attento.

12/08/2024: Passing by it twice a day and hearing the advertisement on Radio Globo I decide to try it. Clearly we are in a steakhouse on the Pontina but that doesn't mean I expect tables that have napkins folded under their legs so as not to make them wobble. Perhaps the room is a little too minimal, a little bare. The service and the environment are young, friendly, fast, ordering is also fast. Let me start by saying that I am not a fan of meat, so rather than technical expertise, I will share my feelings. My Florentine steak was immense, well cooked, perhaps on the outside I would have liked it even more cooked but on the inside it was perfectly rare. I found it a little nervous, a little harsh in some places. I know that the fat around the meat serves to flavor it when it melts on the grill but perhaps the temperature was not so high because I would have liked the outside more cooked and the steak itself did not seem flavored by the lot of fat environment. The other dish was a tagliatelle and, although my wife had specifically asked for it well cooked, it was ruined because it became tough and had a boiled colour. Amazing roasted potatoes and chicory. The wine I was offered was a Montepulciano and a merlot was brought to me but I didn't realize it immediately and for goodness sake, for 10 euros.... Considering the whole thing, I think the bill is a little salty, especially considering that the Florentine (the most important dish of the dinner) was a little tough (but probably by selling a lot of meat, one cut is likely to be different from the other).
