04/02/2026: Besides the very high price, I ate mezze maniche all'amatriciana with my daughter today and found it very salty, and the saltiness of the guanciale wasn't taken into account. I'm sorry, my daughter agrees.
03/02/2026: Excellent restaurant. Fantastic meat. Excellent service. My son-in-law has chosen it as his favorite restaurant and wants to come back all the time. And we'll all happily go back. 😄
