19/07/2024: Semplice, autentico, bucolico, in mezzo agli alberi, e una carne strepitosa. Prezzi fenomenali in rapporto alla qualità della carne. Il mio Tomahawk di angus semplicemente perfetto, a 19 €... Consiglio Gildo a tutti gli amanti della buona carne. Secondo me, unico in Italia. Il vecchio Gildo è un macellaio ottantenne che a un certo punto della vita ha pensato di aprire un ristorante dove poter offrire le sue carni ai clienti, direttamente. 31/07/2024: It was May, one evening before going to the cinema we decided to stop and eat in this restaurant. I wanted to keep it light because I didn't have too much, I order a toastie. Embarrassing... The thin, dry bread, stale, inedible, and inside a very sad slice of ham and one of cheese, it was practically just bread, very dry. I have nothing else to add, for €850 at least the chips including chips were ok.
