I usually add a drizzle of oil and a little salt; this one was literally drowned in oil. My idea of ​​a tagliata is probably different from theirs. It's a shame because the rustic restaurant is very charming.

23/05/2026: Fantastic place, very welcoming, I think it's the best meat I've ever eaten... fantastic chef, shame only for a mix-up, they forgot to bring the ordered wine... finished eating I pointed out to them not to include the wine from the order as it hadn't arrived... waiters sorry for what happened asked me if I wanted anything else... then I asked for a grappa but asking for very little and told me to put half... and nothing on the payment also paid the grappa... oh well... never mind... anyway recommended!
