07/08/2024: I have always lived in Parma and I tried this restaurant as a birthday present for myself, with my partner.
We opted to create 2 à la carte menus, one from land and one from sea.
The quality of the products used is indisputable and the skill with which they are cooked and presented represents an added value that is not easy to find in another restaurant in Parma.
Courteous, competent and discreet service, the sommelier was able to recommend the most suitable wines for our dishes.
Given what was written previously and the pleasant additions from the kitchen, an expense of around €90 per person in 2024 is below the expense of restaurants of the same level.
Unforgettable experience, we will definitely return.

19/11/2024: Excellent mixed starter of cured meats. The raw ham melted in your mouth.
The first courses are delicious (tagliatelle with culatello ragout and anolini in broth).
Also try their desserts!
Fast and courteous service.
Convenient for parking and proximity to the highway.

18/11/2024: Beautiful trattoria in the Fidentine countryside, I went with my partner to eat the Florentine steak, I can say that I have never eaten such good meat, I would add really kind staff, congratulations to everyone, I highly recommend it!
08/09/2024: A place that I define as unique for the quality and preparation of the meat, the result of the experience and passion of the owner but also of the entire staff. The choice offered by the wine list is impeccable. Fully recommended. A unique place for those who still love to enjoy a particular cuisine full of taste and flavours.

Gli ingredienti sono di prima qualità e la professionalità di chi le prepara danno come risultato una pizza da 10 e lode!
Ampia scelta di gusti, locale molto bello, personale gentilissimo e attento fanno si che l'esperienza sia da ripetere!

Being in the area we ate/ordered here several times.
The food is in the standard of old wild west quality.
The problem is the service, the staff is very rude and not attentive, especially in takeaway orders, which are often wrong.
Worst old wild est I've ever tried :(
07/12/2024: we called the day before to book, they told me that for two people I would have to show up directly there (the only restaurant on the face of the earth that does not accept reservations for two) obviously it was too crowded with an inhuman queue. really poor service

23/08/2024: We went to this restaurant a year ago. Very long waiting times and the waiters did not follow the order in which people arrived to take their order. We returned today and found ourselves forced to go elsewhere. After 10 minutes of waiting they tell us that we have to wait a further 15 minutes to be seated. Too bad there were tables available but no one cleaned them for the next customer.

16/11/2024: Caro, inoltre mi sono arrivati l’hamburger vegetale con maionese aggiunta senza la maionese e il salmone che da menu dovrebbe pesare 300g ne pesava 179 (costo 20€). Qualità carne buona il resto nella media e a un prezzo eccessivo

16/12/2024: A dimostrazione che le voci che circolano sono attendibili. Pranzo tra amici: antipasti di salume (dozzinale) con torta fritta, due primi....tortelli di erbette industriali e risotto alla salsiccia.... quest'ultimo veramente immangiabile e il tutto condito con un par...
05/08/2024: Peccato solo che tra il personale non ci sia condivisione ed organizzazione. Sicuramente non per colpa loro.
Ordini ad una è, non arriva nulla, chiedi ad un altra ed è la stessa cosa, anche semplice liquore. Alla fine dopo 30 minuti di attesa dalla richiesta e, abbondantemente finira la cena, abbiamo rinunciato al digestivo.
Il conto già saldato.
Peccato ripeto perché in queste serate afose, è un posto molto piacevole.

05/06/2024: ma la sapete cuocere la carne? è arrivata bruciacchiata fuori e completamente cruda dentro, COMPLETAMENTE, non si riusciva a mangiare da quanto era gommosa. l’ ho messa in padella per cuocerla, non avevo altra scelta.
