29/07/2025: First time. Positive experience. Good food with added sauces. Excellent service with friendly and attentive staff. A good stop for a light lunch, even just the €9.90 menu, which includes a main dish or piadina, a draft drink, and a nice bowl of chips or salad, while you charge your electric car.

28/07/2025: The meat isn't always the tenderest, but the place is nice and the staff is very friendly!

30/06/2025: Located inside the former Sant'Anna Hospital, where Torquato Tasso was apparently hospitalized, the restaurant is not easily identifiable for tourists or those who do not know Ferrara well. Once inside, however, you are welcomed by the courtesy and professionalism of the owner and you eat excellent food, with first-rate raw materials. I would like to add that I personally suffer from 1) severe lactose intolerance, and I was given all the valid alternatives; 2) irritable bowel: if the food is not good, I immediately notice it from my body's reactions. The cuisine of the Raccano restaurant did not cause me any negative symptoms, a sign of the fact that it is healthy and well prepared. I also found some foods, such as eggs and chicken, that I love and that are difficult to find around. Prices appropriate to the excellent quality

17/06/2025: For true lovers of Neapolitan pizza, this place might not be ideal: the pizza is very thin, far from the traditional style, even if prepared with fresh and good quality ingredients. Overall, the food is quite good and the welcome, as well as the service, are certainly noteworthy. The weak point remains the price, decidedly high compared to other similar places. In any case, if you want a different evening, a visit is still worth it.

20/07/2025: Allora parto dal fatto che era la prima volta che andavo..e che leggo sempre le opinioni negative per capire quanto la gente non stia bene. Come ho detto sono andata ieri per la prima volta appena arrivi c'è un bel cartello che ti dice che se non ami gli animali puoi anche andartene quindi certa certa cosa non ha capito di quel cartello ? Sono andata anche io alla toilette e ho visto anche io il cagnone che ci dormiva dentro evidentemente è un cane furbo perché c'era fresco , a me non ha dato nessun fastidio anzi forse ho dato io fastidio a lui. La piscina sporca...ma neanche per idea pulita e fantastica. C'è una piscina per cani dove puoi entrare insieme al tuo cane che io trovo fantastico, il mangiare ottimo noi abbiamo mangiato carne ai ferri buonissima. Leggo che tanti si sono scagliati contro il proprietario niente da dire da parte mia forse perché non sono una rompi ball ? Insomma ho passato una giornata bellissima all'insegna del relax con il mio cagnolino perché qui sono veramente pet frendly . Settimana prossima ci ritorno.

05/07/2025: Scrivo questa recensione per mettere in guardia più persone possibili: EVITATE QUESTO POSTO! Il titolare sig. Alberto Azzi ha ben esposto le regole del locale su cartelli grandi e ben leggibili affissi nelle varie zone, ad esempio: IN QUESTA ZONA I CANI DEVONO ESSERE TENUTI AL GUINZAGLIO. Purtroppo abbiamo provato sulla nostra pelle anzi, su quella del nostro povero cane, che quelle regole valgono solo per i clienti e non per lui. Di fatto il proprietario lascia girare in totale libertà i suoi cani di taglia medio/grande (ne ho contati 4!)e uno di questi, simil maremmano bianco a macchie marroni, ha AGGREDITO E MORSO il nostro cane (tenuto rigorosamente al guinzaglio). Durante l'accaduto il sig. Azzi se ne stava beato in piscina e solo i suoi amici si sono avvicinati a controllare il danno; uno degli amici se n'è uscito dicendo: "sappiamo che la Sammy è sgarbata"... Quindi sono tutti a conoscenza che quel CANE E' AGGRESSIVO eppure viene lasciato LIBERO!!! Se tenete alla vostra incolumità e a quella dei vostri cari (umani e animali) EVITATE QUESTO POSTO!!!
