10/10/2025: A while ago, my girlfriend found this "restaurant" and made a reservation for two of us, but we still had a very long wait to be seated. After that, it was a terrible experience: the food was poor, poorly cooked, and seemed of poor quality. The atmosphere wasn't very well-kept, and the manager was very rude and intractable, both with us and with her employees. One star only because I can't give zero.

09/10/2025: I couldn't resist the rich food in Milan, so I came here. It was delicious. If you happen to be a Korean tourist, be sure to order the kimchi pancake.

07/10/2025: We had dinner on Monday 29/9. The food was plentiful and excellent, everything was really great and I don't like dishes that are too tasty or spicy.

07/09/2025: I'll start by saying that this is my first time eating Korean food, and I have to say I was very satisfied. The atmosphere is small but truly welcoming. Compliments on everything. Excellent value for money. Well done.

26/09/2025: We stopped at this Chinese restaurant for dinner near Porta Genova, grabbing some dumplings on the go since we were heading out to eat in the area. The location isn't bad, the food is good and affordable (considering we're in Milan), and the service was courteous and prompt. A great place to grab some dumplings with friends!

12/10/2025: Ttukbul is delicious! Kimchi rice bowl is also good. Ttukbul is spicy and sweet, it's the best. I recommend it!! I don't know about anything else, but I can finish a bowl of rice with Ttukbul!

15/09/2025: This is an incredible, unexpected sundae soup. I think one day, Milan's Gaya Restaurant's sundae soup will land in Gangnam. In Seoul, my favorite sundae soup place is Sundaesilok in the Express Bus Terminal, but some people might even say that Gaya's sundae soup is better depending on their taste. Milan's sundae soup is amazing. All the other dishes can't be bad. I think this might be the best Korean restaurant in Europe. All the staff in the restaurant are really cool and handsome young Korean men. This restaurant gave me a reason to stay an extra day or two next time I come to Milan, which is known for being boring.

12/10/2025: Authentic. The vegetables, croissants, and bok choy were very good. The fried chicken was divine. I expected better rice with bacon. The onion flatbread was good. Too bad they didn't have bao.

10/10/2025: We came here for the fried chicken after watching the Foodish episode. We ordered fried chicken and kimshi with tofu. The fried chicken was good; the tofu was tasteless and unsalted, only edible with soy sauce. Overall, we found the prices high and the portions inadequate. The restaurant isn't anything special, and the €2 cover charge per person is excessive for the place. The service was good and fast, but we were told that we couldn't order the kimshi alone because they were running low, but then we saw it on another table. Reserved for certain customers only? We won't be returning.

08/10/2025: We chose this place for pad thai in Milan, and it was an excellent choice. Prices were average, and the wait time was short. The mochi trio was also very good. I'll be back.

04/10/2025: Lovely place to try your first hotpot! Staff are really attentive and speak fantastic English so can explain how everything works to you. Meat is fantastic, cooking instructions clear, and the broths are flavourful. A staff member made us a dish of sauce which was delicious!

11/10/2025: We went there because it was the only Korean restaurant close to the Duomo. Fortunately, there was no wait, and everyone except for one other table was local. The chef and staff were all Korean. The table setting and service were excellent. The food seemed a bit bland, but as the menu states, it didn't use MSG, allowing you to really taste the natural flavors of the ingredients. I was worried because there were so many reviews about the soft tofu stew, but it was delicious. We went there because it's the only Korean restaurant close to the Duomo. Fortunately, there was no wait, and except for our table and one other table, all the customers were local. Both the chef and the staff were Korean. The table setting and service were great. 09/10/2025: Since I visited alone, I was shown to a window seat. However, the bar-style chairs were quite uncomfortable. I ordered Jeyuk Dolsot Bibimbap, but the amount of meat was small and the taste was somewhat bland. It came with gochujang and sesame oil as seasonings. The rice was adequate, but the kimchi was almost tasteless. Overall, I wasn't particularly impressed. Please note that a 2 euro service charge is added, and the Jeyuk Dolsot Bibimbap cost 16 euros. I won't be returning, and I can't recommend this restaurant to Koreans.

25/09/2025: Impeccable venue and amazing food. We went for our anniversary and they treated us with kid gloves. Be wary of what others say. The owner is certainly a bit blunt; you might not like him, but you can tell he cares about his food and is very passionate about it.

31/08/2025: I discovered this place one Saturday for lunch with my boyfriend. In a refined, elegant, and relaxing setting, the owner not only welcomed us with professionalism and warmth, but also immediately conveyed his evident experience and passion for Japanese cuisine. Given this background, it was impossible to be disappointed by the rich Sosaku tasting menu, characterized by experimentation and innovative flavor combinations: a wonderful journey where I finally tasted the unmistakable flavor of fresh, authentic, and wholesome fish, which I had long longed for. The highest quality, great respect for seasonality and all the ingredients chosen, a price in line with the offerings, and the feeling of having found a place respectful of Japanese culinary tradition completed the experience. Highly recommended, and congratulations again!

14/10/2025: A bit of a mixed review. The man on the front desk was very unhelpful and unfriendly. Asking everyone if you’ve booked when the restaurant was empty! Finally got seated and the serving staff were lovely and helpful. The food was amazing although they wouldn’t cook off menu. Worth a visit if you can get over the very unwelcoming atmosphere.

20/10/2025: I wasn't crazy about the place; it didn't seem to have anything special. The staff were very nice and friendly, and the service was quick. The dishes we tried were all very tasty, and we appreciated the explanations they gave us! The price was excellent and in line with what we ate. The portions were perhaps a little small. Recommended.

16/10/2025: It's tastier than Korea, or at least just as good. I ate here toward the end of my European trip and my condition improved dramatically. I visited twice and had the tteokbokki, stir-fried squid, stir-fried pork, and spicy chicken stew, all of which were amazing. It seems to be a popular restaurant among locals. I had a really delicious meal. (They didn't even charge for seating.)

04/10/2025: I was exhausted from the heavy rain and craving Korean food, so I went to this place. The owners and their wife greeted me with a smile. Even though there were no seats available because I hadn't made a reservation, they made an effort to make room for me. I had kimchi stew, dolsot jyeok bibimbap, and the galbijjim (braised short ribs) they served. Their hospitality was truly touching and delicious. Some travelers might not seek out Korean food, but experiencing the warmth of Korean food in such a distant country is a precious experience. I wish the owners a prosperous future. If I ever return to Milan, I'd love to visit again. *It's recommended to make reservations in advance.

22/09/2025: Korean restaurant in the Navigli area, a beautiful location with Korean elements and Milanese influences. Extensive and traditional menu, top-notch appetizers, delicious rice, and good but slightly cloying main courses (the flavors vary). It's my first time trying Korean food, so I don't have any other experiences to compare it to. The service is friendly and fast, and overall, a pleasant experience. A mixed appetizer, rice, two main courses, a Coke, water, and a Korean soft drink (+cover charge): €88.
