29/09/2025: 🚨🚨 Read Before You Go 🚨🚨 Do not go to this restaurant! First of all, I’m sorry — this review may take a little longer to read, but I’ll try to keep it as short as possible. I’m not usually the type of person who leaves reviews, but this time I feel it’s my responsibility to warn others about a restaurant called EURO BANGLA and to expose what really happened there. On September 28, 2025, my wife and I went to Euro Bangla. We ordered Chotpoti and Puska. The food came fairly quickly, but immediately I found a hair on my Chotpoti plate, and the Puska came with tamarind juice that smelled rotten. (In the video you’ll see me smelling the sauce.) I tasted it — it was bad. I called over the server, Titon (Titu), who was wearing a black check shirt. I politely asked him: “Bhaiya (Brother), can you please taste this sauce?” He didn’t respond, took the sauce back to the kitchen, and returned after a minute saying: “This is not bad. They made it this afternoon. It smells like this — restaurants in this area all serve it like this.” I told him again that I had asked you to taste it in front of me. At that point, he dipped his finger in the sauce right in front of me, he tasted it, and said: “See, I ate it — it’s not bad.” I was shocked and didn’t say a word. After that, I began taking photos and videos to document my experience, since this is food I paid for. While paying, I asked the server for his name. At first he refused, insisting again that the food was fine and questioning why I was taking videos. Suddenly, he grabbed my phone while I was recording. I told him not to touch me or my phone. Then another man entered the restaurant and jumped into our conversation. He demanded to know why I was taking videos and asked if I had permission. I told him clearly: “I don’t need anyone’s permission to take videos in a public place.” At that point, this second man pushed me out of the restaurant. Outside on the sidewalk, he kept coming at me. I told him I am now on public property, but he tried to grab my phone again, failed, and then punched me twice in the face. I immediately called the police, who came and filed a report. (All the videos are included.) For the record, I never touched anyone. This restaurant served bad food, and instead of apologizing, they got aggressive. My question is: 👉 If their food isn’t bad, why are they so afraid of videos? 👉 Why are they so defensive if they don’t serve trash food? In the end, I also found out that the second man who attacked me wasn’t even an employee or a partner. He’s just the uncle of the restaurant owner.
