31/03/2026: Korean, yes, perhaps. Having no previous experience with Korean cuisine, we consider Soon's offerings to be Asian cuisine, naturally adapted to Italian tastes. But that's part of the deal. We went for dinner; the atmosphere was welcoming, with just enough space between tables and young, very gracious service. The entrances to the restaurant were a bit scattered, but overall it was a nice place. Each table had its own small barbecue, which we couldn't help but try with their mix of beef, pork, and chicken. All very spicy and a little hot, morsels of meat sizzling on the BBQ, paired with lettuce leaves. But first, we were intrigued by their ramen, delicious with beef and vegetable matchsticks. Perhaps a little un-Asian in the broth, but still good. The wine list was concise but adequate and reasonably priced. Worth a visit, around €50 per person with a bottle for two. Not cheap, but still in line with Bologna. Perhaps they should revisit the menu's graphic design, which is difficult to read and a bit confusing. Three stars are there.

27/03/2026: Very well-kept place. The staff is very friendly and the service impeccable. My curiosity to try Korean food was amply rewarded. Definitely worth repeating.

08/05/2026: This is the ideal hotel for visiting the beautiful city of Bologna! Just a 20-minute walk from the train station, and especially only a 5-minute walk from Piazza Maggiore, the hotel's location is undeniably central! Moreover, being situated on a small side street, it's worth noting how peaceful the place is. The room was perfect, spotlessly clean! And above all, Paolo's warm welcome made all the difference! I hope to return to Bologna soon, but I already know exactly where I'll be staying 😉

01/04/2026: I've been to this restaurant several times; the food is delicious, varied, and high-quality. The two stars are for the service. Unfortunately, lately I've found the staff to be a bit rude. As soon as we sat down, they gave us barely two minutes to look at the menu. We said we hadn't decided yet, and the waitress responded rudely and returned 30 seconds later. Subsequent interactions were similar, too, and it kept us from enjoying the evening. The dessert menu needs reconsidering.

16/03/2026: A good restaurant in the historic center, with creative dishes and international flavors. A very pleasant experience.

07/04/2026: A portion of Cantonese rice for 7 Euros, which became nice, a good portion but small for the price.

03/04/2026: The food is definitely above average and quite salty (Baozi). The service is excellent and friendly and the environment is spacious and well-kept.

14/03/2026: Lots of options for bubble tea. I got a milk tea with boba. Not as sweet as ones in Australia but very much enjoyed it and will go back. Great place with very cute decor.
