06/01/2025: Authentic Thai cuisine can only be found here! 🙏 Both the pad thai and the kao pad are good! We also had the kao soi soup and loved it! We will definitely be back. Thanks to the owner for the excellent welcome, she made us feel as if we too had gone to Thailand ❤️

17/12/2024: *NEVER AGAIN* Let me start by saying that I was there during lunch time with a fixed menu. Really bad experience at this “Korean restaurant”. In reality, the food served seems more Chinese than Korean, with dishes that do not correspond in the slightest to the expectations of those who know real Korean cuisine. An example? I was passed off plain soy noodles as Korean sweet potato noodles. The worst, however, was the soy sauce: I was brought a small bowl with obvious traces of other people's food. When I pointed out the absurdity, the waitress had the nerve to tell me that it was "flavored soy sauce". Unacceptable! The fixed price lunch menu was a total disappointment: low quality Chinese food and unauthentic flavours. I didn't want to risk ordering anything else after such a negative first experience. In summary, I absolutely do not recommend this place. If you're looking for real Korean cuisine, look elsewhere! —- Update DECEMBER 2024: Dear Soon Restaurant, I have carefully read your response to my review and I find myself forced to reply to clarify some points. 1. The name of the dish on the menu: If you really consider yourself an expert in Korean cuisine, it seems rather contradictory to have made a mistake in writing the name of a traditional dish. This may raise doubts about your own knowledge and attention to detail. It's spelled “JAPCHAE” not “JAPCE” as it says on your menu. 2. The spaghetti issue: You remember my visit well, but fail to mention that I wasn't the only one at the table who expressed concerns that the sweet potato spaghetti was identical to soy spaghetti. This is a detail you should take into consideration. 3. Soy sauce: If your sauce is, as you say, "flavored with spring onions and herbs", how is it possible that at the first service I was brought a sauce completely devoid of these elements? Only later, after reporting the situation, was I brought a sauce containing pieces of food, which I find unprofessional and somewhat questionable. 4. The accusation of damage: I find it truly serious and unacceptable that your reply includes an unfounded accusation against me. I was in your restaurant for about two hours, with two visits to the bathroom, and none of your staff reported any harm during that entire time. If I had actually caused it, I imagine you would have intervened at the time. This behavior appears to be a way to discredit my negative review, which also included photographs to demonstrate what I wrote. I consider it unprofessional to respond to a customer review with accusations of this type, especially in the absence of concrete and verifiable evidence. My review simply reflects my experience and that of the people who were with me that day. I renew my dissatisfaction with the service received and I invite you to consider any criticisms as ideas for improvement rather than personal attacks.

22/12/2024: Very helpful staff, Paolo is a guarantee and a very reliable and friendly person. I didn't use the breakfast service, but the rooms are quiet and clean. Very good location, you can get around the center of Bologna on foot without problems. Not a small detail, the hotel is equipped to accommodate people with reduced mobility. Promoted without any doubt.
