16/09/2025: This American-style restaurant offers a wide selection of burgers with crazy combinations. The menu features the classic burger with cheddar lava, and they provide gloves and a bib! I chose the smash burger, where you can choose how many smashes you want to put inside, and then the inevitable cheddar, caramelized onion, and sauce. The meat was a bit tough, lacking that golden, flavorful crust, so no Maillard reaction. Despite this, the burger was very good. The fries were generously portioned, which we appreciated. The cover charge is €2, but they leave a lot of Heinz sauce packets on the table. The only downside: the location of the restaurant is quite out of the way and in an area without anything nearby. The staff were friendly, helpful, and fast. I loved it, I'll be back!

13/09/2025: Extremely slow service, we waited an hour and a half for a sandwich.

14/09/2025: A simply embarrassing experience. The staff seems completely out of sorts: zero professionalism, zero politeness, and, judging by their work, zero training. Wrong order again (not the first time), cold sandwich, random ingredients, watered-down drink. If I wanted a surprise, I'd go to an amusement park, not Burger King. The food quality is bordering on inedible. If this is the situation, perhaps it would be best to close down or completely change management. Not recommended for anyone with even a modicum of respect for their stomach (and their patience).

31/08/2025: Managing the drive-thru and the dining room at the same time is probably not easy, especially on peak days, but here you find yourself in line and waiting every day of the week. It would be better to find a way to better manage the different services.

04/08/2025: After reading the menu, we had our first doubts. But once the pizza arrived, all that vanished. We were there with our four kids, ages 3-11. Super delicious pizza in a simple shop. Just right for kids our age.

05/10/2025: Although the food has improved since some time ago, unfortunately the service has significantly deteriorated. You have to wait a long time for a waiter to come and take your order. They're severely understaffed, and besides rushing around like crazy, customers wait three times longer. I personally recommend increasing the number of staff, especially on Saturdays and Sundays.

14/09/2025: The place is very clean, the staff is well-organized, and they work hard to prepare burgers and other delicacies, making them true explosions of flavor. The beautiful Miriana and the other girls, always smiling, make this place top-notch. McDonald's in Thiene is super.

09/09/2025: Totally messed up, unable to manage. I waited an hour for the menu. Lots of people running around and yelling.
