10/11/2025: I have to reconsider this opinion based on two recent experiences (Padua and San Biagio di Callalta). At one restaurant in Padua, we went in and ate without any issues, but when it came time to pay, having activated the €20 voucher (which lasts 30 days), I was told at the cashier that due to server issues, they couldn't download the vouchers. But it can't be my problem. I went into a place where this wasn't stated and should have been able to download my voucher, but I had to pay without the option of discounts or points accrual. At my other experience in San Biagio di Callalta (within a month of the previous one to avoid losing the voucher), for the first time, the wait was interminable due to staffing issues. I ordered at 7:20 PM and received it after 8:00 PM, while my son was hungry and asked me to leave and go to MC. Perhaps warning customers of any issues in advance could help them decide whether or not to stay.

08/01/2026: We went with friends and their children in tow for a frugal pre-cinema dinner in Silea... chosen to avoid going to the usual MC opposite... 🤫... first of all we found the totem that only at the end of the order got stuck and therefore wasted time and reordered verbally from the cashier... really minimal staff I had to wait... the place is not small and with a decent crowd we realized later that it was actually freezing... and we had to keep our coats on... also the waiting time for the service is not adequate since it is a fast food. As for the food... decent.
06/01/2026: Everything was very good, the atmosphere was clean and welcoming, with very kind staff like Alessandro.

21/09/2025: A pub like you're finding less and less often... "Rude" in the best sense of the word, honest and informal. A place where you can enjoy a good beer with a sandwich or some appetizers at a fair price, or maybe teach your kid how to throw darts or play table football. The menu is varied, and Michele, the owner, is super welcoming.

06/01/2026: I didn't like the Burger King in Castelfranco, the food was cold, there was only one person serving and taking orders, the most unpleasant thing was definitely the cold food!
14/12/2025: I went to eat 2 Toasts and waited 25 minutes standing. I was also mocked by the head waiter in front of everyone because I complained and because I accidentally said the word MCtoast, seriously mispronouncing the dish. She also told me to be respectful while she shouted from the kitchen. I should point out that I also worked at McDonald's in the late 90s, but I would never have allowed myself to treat a customer like that. I hope you improve, but I say this for you.

11/04/2025: Uno schifo, fate schifo, mi sono fermato al drive, e una volta presi i panini, ho controllato, come al solito se c'erano tutti, visto Ke già 3 volte arrivo a casa e mi trovo qualcosa in meno, ed ho trovata i cartoni dei panini messi sul contrario, con 1 di questi completamente rovesciato di tutto l' interno.... Mi fermo, riporto il sacco spiegando la situazione, e dopo aver aspettato i comodi loro, arrivo a casa e mi trovo il panino rifatto senza nessuna salsa ecc dentro.... Fate schifo, tutti.... Imparate a lavorare......

06/03/2025: Locale standard come molti altri in cui ci siamo fermati per fare una breve sosta durante il viaggio. Personale freddo e poco accogliente. Bevande pessime e poca cura del locale.

23/10/2024: Mancavamo da tempo perché non più soddisfatti del servizio in senso lato….
Siamo tornati incuriositi anche dal rinnovo dei locali e con nostra sorpresa abbiamo ricevuto un’accoglienza calorosa gentile e soprattutto professionale da parte di “ARIANNA” (era il nome che portava in petto) dipendente (suppongo “direttiva”) che dapprima ci ha aiutato nell’ ordinazione proseguendo con il facilitarci nella scelta del posto a sedere.
Ha seguito il lavoro delle altre dipendenti a volte intervenendo dove serviva con piena padronanza senza che alcuno si accorgesse assicurando un ottimo servizio organizzato in tutte le sue sfaccettature… spero che le alte sfere si accorgano del preziosissimo supporto che ARIANNA da all’intera organizzazione.
