09/11/2025: Well, it's always a guarantee. Their burgers are excellent, the service is friendly. The place is a bit small in the winter, but in the spring and summer there's a great outdoor space. The only downside... it closes early!
01/11/2025: I went to Pims with friends last night. The place seats about 30 indoors and 30 outdoors in a lovely tree-lined square. When we arrived, it was packed, but since we had reservations, they seated us right away. The owner and waitress were very attentive (as soon as the next table became available, they politely moved us over). My friends had the meat burgers, and I chose the vegan version (there are five options). Everything was good, with a choice of six sides and various sauces. A positive experience. Reservations are recommended!

09/11/2025: The place isn't exactly spotless...the table is next to the escalators. I only have one question...out of the three times we've been, all three have been served with microwaved fries. I imagine almost everything is reheated...I don't think grilled chicken can be ready in 15 minutes...it's a shame, because it could potentially be good, but I don't think it's possible to get anything cooked and served here.
08/11/2025: Terrible. Every single time I've ordered something on Deliveroo, there's been some kind of error—something's missing, or they've got the wrong ingredients. The pancakes are made differently every time. I'm allergic to nuts, and even though the pancake is supposed to be chocolate-only, it always arrives with peanuts or with icing I didn't request.
If I order and schedule delivery for a specific time, it's not respected, and they start preparing it as if I'd ordered it right away. Then you call and they tell you they can't do anything about it, not even cancel it, even though they haven't even started preparing it.
You can't even rely on it since they're constantly adding and removing them on Deliveroo. If you want to order, there's always the risk that they'll be removed and you can't. If you offer a Deliveroo service, you can't do it occasionally. Never again.
