17/08/2026: Good food, forgettable service. I had to go get my own Coke. Ditto the water. We asked for the take-out box three times, and three times it didn't arrive, so much so that in the end I had to go almost into the kitchen to get it. We had asked for a sandwich without parmigiana, and, of course, it arrived with parmigiana: sent back. The fritto misto was supposed to be with pistachios, but they had forgotten the pistachios and they brought it to us separately later. I understand that things can get forgotten, but when you have to remember or get practically everything yourself, the problem becomes the overall service. The food is good, but a place isn't just about that. A truly terrible experience in terms of service.
