25/01/2025: This store is proof that if you're not worth an emeritus, you work at McDonald's.
Wrong order and more than half an hour to have the correct order (already paid).
Shameful to say the least.
Instead of hiring inepts, they should empower existing staff.
I recommend taking an extra 20 minutes by car and going either to Montebello della Battaglia/Voghera or to Alessandria. Anywhere is better than Tortona.
20/01/2025: Usual stuff, fast food chain where I go once every 6 months that's enough
The kids are polite and kind, except for themselves
