22/06/2025: I wanted to eat but at the third totem for orders malfunctioned I went out and left Roadhouse. 1st totem did not exit the "advertising" mode wherever you pressed, 2nd totem got stuck at the first item selected and did not go forward or back, 3rd totem selecting any category at the top said that there were no orderable items. I suggest you review the entire totem system very carefully because if from facilitators they turn into obstacles you will lose customers, assuming you are interested in having customers.
*I hope that BK's very prompt response is from a BOT, maybe AI, otherwise it would be surreal. In my review I wrote in detail all the inconveniences, so there is no need to write an email. *
22/06/2025: Receipt paper always jammed in the ordering columns. Automatic bins blocked and broken.

10/06/2025: We arrive and order, we meet at the table and a guy with no desire to work comes to bring us the order, 2 of us with a tray and no napkins. I go to the counter to ask for a tray and napkins, I come back and I realize that the sandwich is not the one I ordered, the chips are very old to the point of breaking, the speck & asiago nuggets are soft and oily.
I go back and ask for a replacement at least for the sandwich, I go back to my table, I start eating, the meat is burnt and also I find a hair in the sandwich..
Leaving aside the poor service and the very dirty tables; but hygiene in a place that sells food would be the minimum (working
within the same chain it is something like this is unacceptable)
10/06/2025: Meh, one of the worst McDonalds I've been to. Fries that were old forever and didn't taste like fries, dirty tables, meh toast and cheeseburger with burnt and dry meat, zero sauce. Even the guy who brought the tray (with the septum) to the table was rude and uninterested.
