16/01/2026: I had to wait for the service, but I there were quite a lot of quests. To my taste the burger was a bit too greasy, but it was pretty good.

I live and reside in Viterbo, and every time we have the pleasure of visiting this splendid place, we take advantage of the excellent catering and the excellent cuisine they serve with great quality and professionalism, as well as the stunning countryside view.

02/01/2026: Today they put my son's surprise on the menu... But they forgot all the sauces... And so we go from one star to two stars. Update: Today, family dinner with a movie, I leave Podgora to get McDonald's. I pay and ask if everything was there, and the answer is, "Of course everything is." I drive home and discover a sandwich is missing. I get back in the car with receipt in hand to return, and explain to the attendant what happened. I'm annoyed, and she hands me a bag containing the missing sandwich... Not an apology, not a "sorry," not a "we'll do our best," not even a goodbye. I go home to eat my now-cold sandwich, promising myself I'll never spend another euro at McDonald's again; marketing has created an image of this place that's far from reality.

07/10/2025: A place with a French name but an American feel, good draft beer, fairly fast service, and a lively atmosphere. The burger we ordered was tasty, but the amount of meat was insufficient. The fries were dry and warm, but tasted like frozen food. The sauces were typically industrial. Overall, a good experience, but with a few tweaks, it could be exceptional (homemade fries and sauces, 200g burgers)... they have the skills, but perhaps that's enough.

22/09/2025: We went to Rendez Vous on a Sunday evening after a stroll around Gaeta. I'd booked the day before, curious about this pub recommended to me on Instagram. I have to say, you deserve 5 stars and more... for the quality of your products, your energy, and the deliciousness of your food. From fried foods to dessert, everything is cooked with love. 02/01/2026: We celebrated my son Federico's 18th birthday on December 29th at the Quincy Club, and we couldn't have made a better choice. We absolutely loved the technological innovations, like the dedicated app that lets you take photos and videos on the go and download them instantly to your phone—a feature that blew us and the kids away! Thanks to the owners for their availability and professionalism. They were quick to accommodate our every request, but they also knew how to read the evening's flow, offering extra services on their own initiative to make it perfect for the kids. Highly recommended!

09/01/2026: I'm a regular at La Civetta Ludopub, and every time I visit, it's a testament to my success. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable: they explained various games to me with great patience and expertise, making the experience accessible even to those with little experience. A special moment was when, thanks to the decks Alberto lent me, I was able to play Magic for the first time: we found a welcoming and passionate community that immediately made you feel part of the group. The food and drinks were also excellent, high-quality and perfect for gaming evenings. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves board and card games and a great atmosphere.

09/01/2026: I went to their shop for Epiphany, and they introduced me to a very interesting game. A few days later, I went to buy it at their store: Civettoni. Unfortunately, the title was out of stock, but I still left with a great game. The funny thing was that the same person who introduced me to the game sold me another one. Congratulations on the desserts.

06/12/2025: Let me start by saying that the food was very good and the atmosphere was classic roadhouse-style. So far, so good. However, what happened at the end of the evening was, in my opinion, completely intolerable. We were chatting and laughing peacefully at our table—there were only two tables left, so it wasn't even that chaotic—when one of the waiters approached the cash register and started printing out the bill (which we hadn't even asked for, by the way). As he did so, I clearly heard him say, "What the f*** are you laughing about?" It wasn't a generic comment, it wasn't a misunderstanding: there was no one near him except us, and we were indeed laughing. So yes, he was addressing us, without a doubt. Now... my friend, I understand it was late, I understand you were tired and maybe even fed up with working because it was getting late. But before you started insulting the customers, you should have simply let us know you were about to close, don't you think? Especially since we'd already finished eating and would have been happy to leave the table without any problems. I realize we may have lingered a bit and not looked at the clock, but that's precisely why a "Guys, we're closing" would have solved everything. Instead, we were met with a completely gratuitous and rude outburst that ruined the entire experience. Above all, I want to point out that it was 11:05 PM... the restaurant closes at 11 PM. And the thing that bothers me most is that all the other waiters were really kind and professional. But whatever, I guess there are assholes everywhere.

30/11/2025: I gave it a second chance, but... I'll never go back!! It certainly can't be called a restaurant!! It's fast food!! Even low-quality, especially considering the unprofessional service that borders on rudeness! Poor value for money

20/11/2025: This delightful little restaurant, in addition to its indoor seating, has a splendid terrace where you can dine even in November, thanks to Rome's wonderful climate. The food is varied and delicious, and the service is fast and attentive. Make sure to book in advance, especially on holidays and the days before holidays, otherwise you won't find a table. What can I say? Highly recommended!

05/01/2026: The shopping center was packed today due to the start of the sales, but despite the large crowd, the staff at Old Wild West in Porta di Roma were very efficient in clearing the line and always courteous in their work. Considering the good food, the unique location, the reasonable prices, and a menu especially for kids, I highly recommend this place, and I personally will gladly return!
