09/07/2025: The staff is incredibly rude! I had to take away, and there was one of those people with an earpiece yelling: if you need to take away, wait outside, we'll call you! A few other people and I left, and my sandwich remained on the counter for I don't know how long, because, obviously, I couldn't hear who was being called! When I complained, the manager's response was: if you want, I'll remake it for you, or else go away and let me work (of course, I have to wait for it to be remade, because the space isn't adequate???) THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS BADLY!!!!!

08/07/2025: As a regular customer of the well-known fast food restaurant, McDonald's, today I ordered a set menu with chicken nuggets, including a bun, and sat down on one of the tables. The so-called spicy nuggets didn't arrive. After a direct call to a fast food employee at the cashier, claiming he had mixed up the nuggets in my order, they arrived only 32 minutes later. Moral of the story: I left without paying and was forced to rate them "satisfied" on their survey. A terrible experience.

23/06/2025: Great courtesy. Personally I don't prefer McDonald's. My son likes it. I don't like going down to the underground area. The only positive note was that there were some tables outside.

22/06/2025: Terrible experience – dirty, broken toilets and wasted time! We came here around 11:40 before our Vatican tour at 12:30. We ordered coffee and ice cream – average at best. I noticed the toilets were behind paid turnstiles (€1), which seemed strange for customers. Staff showed me the code printed on the receipt. But the men’s toilet keypad didn’t work at all. I tried multiple times, nothing happened. No staff around to help. A man before me paid €1 to enter, and when his friend tried to follow without paying, a blaring alarm went off – like in a bank robbery. Seriously? My wife tried the women’s toilet with the same code – it worked. Clearly the men's side was just broken. I finally found coins to pay: 20 + 20 + 20 + 50 cents. The gate opened, but it didn’t return my €0.10 change. And for what? The dirtiest toilet I’ve seen in a McDonald’s. It stank, barely flushed, and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. We lost precious time dealing with this nonsense, right before a timed tour of the Vatican. When you stop at a McDonald's, you expect basic standards – not broken systems, paid access, lost time, and disgusting conditions. Shame on this location.

14/07/2025: We stayed in this neighborhood during our stay in Rome, and we had breakfast here every day we could. The prices are very low for being right next to the Vatican, and everything is delicious. If you go further up the street, you'll pay double for much lower quality. The owners are incredibly friendly and approachable, very pleasant. 100% recommended place!

20/08/2025: On our way back from vacation, we stopped by for dinner by chance. It was a truly pleasant discovery! The place is surrounded by greenery and is immaculately kept. The food was excellent, the service was organized and professional. Nothing to complain about! Well done, well done, well done!!! The price was right for everything! Highly recommended

18/08/2025: At the end of the dinner, we were fortunate enough to chat with the owners, who shared their passion for sourcing authentic ingredients in their cuisine and showcasing local produce. We were served attentively and warmly in a unique setting, meticulously crafted down to the smallest detail. It's an experience I highly recommend.

03/07/2025: We had our wedding party in this beautiful location, we wanted a different wedding, a party that would remain in the memory of our 93 guests!!! Thanks to Sacha, Stefano (the wonderful hosts!) and Ilary (their invaluable collaborator!) and in any case to their very professional staff, the result was much, much, much above our expectations!!! They prepared everything, from the tables, to the living rooms, to the spaces for the catering, to the very high quality food, to the beautiful buffets among which the sushi corner, the bbq corner, the dessert corner and in any case all the spaces where our guests stopped abundantly and with wonder!!! In short, try it and believe it! Thank you again, you were wonderful and we will never stop thanking you for making our party, very special!!! It will remain a beautiful memory for us and for our guests!!!

26/08/2025: I went on Sunday evening for the ribs, and they were delicious! Ample parking and very friendly staff, especially the owners.

24/08/2025: I've eaten at this roadhouse several times, mostly on Sundays when they offer all-you-can-eat ribs, and I must say I've always left satisfied, both with the quality of the ingredients and the excellent hospitality of the waitresses, who do their job with an infectious smile. It's now my go-to roadhouse.

02/08/2025: We just stumbled upon this place by chance, and I honestly don't think there's anywhere else as perfect. The people are so kind and polite, the atmosphere is beautiful and well-cared for, and the sandwiches have exceptional ingredients. The innovative ideas for them really work, and the fries are great, well-made, and finally something different!

06/07/2025: I took a beef salad, some chips and a cheesecake, the first one I counted 6 small pieces of meat and a lot of salad, the chips were already cold even though I ate them immediately and the cheesecake was small but at least good, too expensive in relation to the quality.

18/08/2025: The best burger I've ever eaten. Quality ingredients, generous portions, super-fast service, and the guys who work there are kind, helpful, and always smiling. The kitchen is open, so you can see how well these guys work. For me, Butcher Shop is a neighborhood staple.

10/08/2025: Perfect for a quick lunch break, the service is very fast and the products are high-quality. You can customize your burger by choosing the weight, type of meat, bun, toppings, and vegetables. The place isn't very big but it's clean and also has outdoor seating. Recommended.

05/08/2025: This McDonald’s location’s staff allowed a display of racism that was utterly unacceptable. The fact that it’s just a few steps from The Vatican makes it even more egregious. Our child had a meltdown after seeing a hate speech displayed on the wall. This was our first international vacation, and it shouldn’t have been tainted by discussions about racism and hatred towards different ethnicities. It’s clear that the staff who represents the McDonald’s brand condones this behavior. If they didn’t, it would have been cleaned up and left for anyone to see. It was heartbreaking to see our child cry and ask why people are so mean. I will never spend my money at McDonald’s or any establishment that allows racist propaganda to be openly advertised.

03/08/2025: Pranzo di lavoro tra appassionati di motori. Posto carino, sicuramente arredato con una tematica che però negli anni ha accolto anche qualche “fuori tema” che, a mio avviso, non ci sta granché bene. L’accoglienza è stata molto cordiale così come la spiegazione del menu, dei piatti del giorno, etc. Proposta molto interessante, sfiziosa la pizza fritta. Buono il tonnarello col polpo. Crepes degne di nota. Molto piacevole anche la chiacchierata al bancone con gli amari offerti dopo il conto.

17/08/2025: The menu says: gluten-free fries (complete with a wheat symbol that says "gluten-free") and a gluten-free sandwich of your choice. In reality, the fries are fried in a single fryer and, due to contamination, are unfit for consumption. Regarding the gluten-free sandwiches, you can't order the chicken cutlet one for the same reason. On the sandwich, either I choose the burger or I have to change the type (poke or something else). Customers must be properly informed about the menus and their allergens, truthfully, without creating false illusions.
