11/03/2026: Reservations are required as it's very small, but the owner doesn't answer the phone, so it's impossible to book unless you do it in person. You'll have to go and book in person a few days in advance. Absurd.
27/02/2026: I don't know what people think of these sandwiches. Pretty cool, but then it started to go mushy after the first bite. Too much ketchup/sauce...it was dripping.
Like a waterfall...meh.
There's much better out there.

19/03/2026: This is the third time I've been here in the last 15-20 days and I found the drinks flat, and I mentioned it to the staff, who couldn't care less. What's the point of drinking flat Coke? I even paid for the gas, and they didn't give it to me.

29/03/2025: Il nuovo locale é carino, praticamente sulle piste da sci di Piancavallo. I personale gentile e i piatti buoni. Unica pecca … menu non troppo ricco … 3-4 primi e 3-4 secondi. Vale comunque la pena
09/02/2025: Questo locale era un punto di riferimento per gli sciatori agonisti. corsi e turisti in genere. Ora dopo la ristrutturazione e la nuova gestione che ha voluto trasformarlo in locale da VIP (ridicolo in Piancavallo) non c'è più posto per gli sciatori veri.
Vedere gli agonisti arrivati per una gara FIS relegati a cambiarsi nei bagni è uno scandalo, una vergogna per Pincavallo e per lo sci.
Ero un abitue della Busa ai della katiusca ma adesso non ci metterò più piede.
