10/12/2025: Excellent selection and variety of beers. Very good sandwiches, carefully crafted and made with top-quality ingredients. The only downside is the wait: an hour to order and serve two sandwiches is a bit excessive, but the quality of the food makes up for the wait.

You can feel all the passion the guys put into it, good variety of beers.

20/10/2025: Went here today for the first time. The burger and fries were good. The flavors were a little on the mild side, but overall we enjoyed everything. Fast service.

29/03/2025: Il nuovo locale é carino, praticamente sulle piste da sci di Piancavallo. I personale gentile e i piatti buoni. Unica pecca … menu non troppo ricco … 3-4 primi e 3-4 secondi. Vale comunque la pena
09/02/2025: Questo locale era un punto di riferimento per gli sciatori agonisti. corsi e turisti in genere. Ora dopo la ristrutturazione e la nuova gestione che ha voluto trasformarlo in locale da VIP (ridicolo in Piancavallo) non c'è più posto per gli sciatori veri.
Vedere gli agonisti arrivati per una gara FIS relegati a cambiarsi nei bagni è uno scandalo, una vergogna per Pincavallo e per lo sci.
Ero un abitue della Busa ai della katiusca ma adesso non ci metterò più piede.
