04/11/2025: Unique place! I don't think there's a manager with more passion than Fabio anywhere else. No one like him when it comes to talking about craft beers and describing his offerings. Fantastic! Plus, the sandwiches are amazing. Very informal but well-executed service! The only downside is that there's no seating; you have to make a reservation! Well done.

There's an excellent selection of craft beers and delicious dishes, prepared with quality ingredients. The staff is friendly, cheerful, and always available to recommend the perfect beer. Perfect for an evening with friends or a relaxed aperitif. Highly recommended!

29/03/2025: Il nuovo locale é carino, praticamente sulle piste da sci di Piancavallo. I personale gentile e i piatti buoni. Unica pecca … menu non troppo ricco … 3-4 primi e 3-4 secondi. Vale comunque la pena
09/02/2025: Questo locale era un punto di riferimento per gli sciatori agonisti. corsi e turisti in genere. Ora dopo la ristrutturazione e la nuova gestione che ha voluto trasformarlo in locale da VIP (ridicolo in Piancavallo) non c'è più posto per gli sciatori veri.
Vedere gli agonisti arrivati per una gara FIS relegati a cambiarsi nei bagni è uno scandalo, una vergogna per Pincavallo e per lo sci.
Ero un abitue della Busa ai della katiusca ma adesso non ci metterò più piede.
