11/01/2026: I asked for a cappuccino menu, was told it was no longer available, and paid full price, only to discover that the cappuccino menu was still available, but the clerk hadn't applied it. Pay attention to staff training.
30/12/2025: Extremely negative experience. We arrived around 10:55 PM, before the official closing time (11:00 PM), rightfully believing we could order like any other customer. From the start, we were greeted hastily and rudely: we were told to hurry up and go directly to the cashier, "more than once," with an unprofessional and clearly annoyed attitude, as if our presence were a problem rather than part of the service. After placing our order, we moved to the pickup point, where the situation further deteriorated. A cleaner, while tidying up the room, addressed us in a completely inappropriate manner, explicitly telling us that we had to leave and go home because they "had to close," even going so far as to make ironic and sarcastic comments about how we could have eaten something else at home, specifically saying (JATV A MAGNA O PANETTON COL LLAT AL CAS APPOST È VNI CCA). This is absolutely unacceptable behavior, especially toward customers who entered before closing time. I find it serious that: the stated opening hours are not respected; the staff is harassing customers instead of properly handling last-minute orders; inappropriate and disrespectful remarks are made toward those who simply exercised their right to order within the allotted time. I understand tiredness at the end of the shift, but this does not justify rude behavior, pressure to leave, or inappropriate comments. A company like McDonald's should guarantee minimum standards of hospitality and professionalism, especially during the final minutes of service, which are still part of working hours. A truly disappointing experience. I hope management seriously considers staff training and managing evening closing times, because this completely destroys customer trust.
