16/12/2025: Very disappointed with this OWW. The sandwich was almost completely out of the bun; with a bite, everything fell off and you had to use cutlery. The premium fries arrived lukewarm and quickly went cold. The service needs updating (except for one very kind guy). I was expecting the usual "how did it go?" Instead, he barely looked at me. They're definitely better elsewhere. Not to mention that the sandwiches are smaller these days, definitely smaller, at every fast food restaurant. I won't be going back.

23/11/2025: Very good food, excellent service especially to Rosa and Isabella for their speed
23/11/2025: Central Campania, kids' family menu...pretty good, but not entirely...the sandwich was too soft, everything fell apart. Otherwise, overall, good.
The nuggets, however, weren't up to par with the rest of the menu; they were very small and probably cooked in oil that wasn't very clean. They had black spots on the surface...
The gelato tasted good, but it was too icy.
I hope they improve this aspect. Overall, the service was okay.

11/05/2025: Dopo aver aspettato 30 minuti di fila esterna x poter mangiare la signorina all ingresso ha avuto il coraggio di far passare avanti 2 tavoli perché non eravamo tutti i componenti del tavolo. dopo aver discusso spiegando che certamente nn avremmo ordinato e mangiato in 5 minuti visto la fila che c era ci fa sedere ed ora ovviamente è mezz ora che aspettiamo visto le centinaia di persone che ci sono ( normalmente facciamo presto perché hanno interesse a liberare i tavoli)
Come direbbe chicco azione che regole sono? Ma sono del mestiere....
16/04/2025: Appena uscita da questo locale. Ci sono ritornata dopo molti anni e devo dire che è peggiorato di gran lunga. Panini con hamburger insapori , altrettanto la carne al piatto servita con patate che sapevano di olio bruciato. Ristoraziona da rivedere considerando anche i prezzi piuttosto alti . In qualche noto fast food avremmo mangiato meglio e pagato la metà.
