17/10/2025: The service absolutely needs rethinking. The last order I placed a few minutes ago was for two large menu items plus six nuggets, and they only gave me one fries instead of two. A couple of weeks ago, we ordered three large menu items and they didn't give us fries. This is almost every time I order from a drive-thru. People can't always check and throw everything away to see if their order is correct; they trust (mistakenly) and then go home and discover they paid for something they weren't given. Not to mention the bags and napkins that seem almost a mirage in this McDonald's.
