04/08/2024: We stopped in this place almost by chance, initially attracted by the location (outdoor tables in one of the most characteristic squares of Bassano). We had two non-alcoholic cocktails recommended directly by the owner who, by telling us the story of how this cocktail was born, conveyed to us all the passion for his work. Result: space cocktail!!! Well done!

21/06/2024: Ci siamo recati in questa location bellissima immersa nel verde per festeggiare il battesimo di mio figlio e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Cibo eccezionale con portate una più buona dell' altra, personale gentilissimo.
12/06/2024: Excellent experience for a business dinner at this restaurant in Bassano del Grappa.
After a brief tasting in the cellar below the restaurant, we were able to enjoy a dinner mainly based on white asparagus, typical of the area.
We started with a mixed asparagus starter offered in three tastings and then with a truly excellent risotto paired with 2 stuffed tortelloni.
For the second course, a truly excellent braised meat with vegetables and to finish, a dessert based on a tart with Chantilly cream and red fruits with a fresh and delicate flavour.
Accurate and extremely courteous service with attention to detail with explanations of the dishes served.
Congratulations I absolutely recommend

27/07/2024: Excellent Gins, the owner then explained and showed us many Gins before choosing the one we liked best. Price a little high. But great service. A little poor with food, I expected a little more than two taralli with two gins for 10 euros each.

13/08/2024: I stop for lunch, I ask for a table and they let me sit.
Not a smile, sad people and with mechanical procedures.
I wait to order and after twenty minutes of waiting I ask the lady, seeing as she had taken orders from customers who arrived later, she replies I'm coming, in the meantime she disappears and when she appears again she brings oil, salt etc. to the table above.
Will you come to me afterwards to take the order? No... he starts ordering a table and clears it...
At that point I realized he didn't want to... I got up and left.
Now I wonder... if you don't want to work in a certain way, giving hospitality to customers but forcing them to get up and leave, why not change jobs?

18/02/2024: Ottima osteria appena fuori il centro di Bassano.
Non è la prima volta che veniamo alla Trinità è il cibo si conferma sempre di buona qualità con un servizio attento e simpatico.
Abbiamo preso maccheroncini Trinità molto buoni e delle costate da dividere per tutto il tavolo. Carne cotta perfettamente e di buona qualità. Ottimo anche i fagioli.
Prezzi coerenti con la qualità del cibo.

Oltre al buon cibo ho apprezzato l’accoglienza per la piccola cliente che , nell’attesa di un buon piatto di gnocchi , è stata trastullata con fogli di carta e pennarelli per dipingere

26/12/2023: Nel cuore pittoresco di Bassano del Grappa, proprio sotto l'incantevole Ponte Vecchio, si cela un tesoro nascosto: questa affascinante enoteca. Giancarlo, il proprietario, insieme alla sua incantevole moglie Rosy, impiegano pochissimo tempo a rivelarsi in tutto il loro splendore, con una empatia e competenza che lasciano senza parole. La scoperta di questo luogo è stata una fortunata coincidenza, e fin dal primo momento sono stato avvolto dalla magia inconfondibile che aleggia tra queste mura. Anche la clientela qui aggiunge al fascino: persone straordinarie che frequentemente si ritrovano coinvolte in conversazioni lunghe e vivaci, spaziando tra un calice di vino e l'altro. E parlando di vino, la qualità offerta è semplicemente sublime, un vero trionfo per i palati più esigenti.

Dimensione piccola ma non il prezzo
Non ho foto da allegare ma se perdevo tempo a fare la foto....non mangiavo neppure quel poco
13/05/2024: Gelato superbo! ho preso i gusti sacher e cioccolato bianco veramente squisiti. Di solito il cioccolato bianco sa solo di zucchero e di chimico invece qui era veramente buono e delicato… per non parlare del gusto sacher buonissimo e per nulla stomachevole
