04/02/2024: Small but well lit place. I went in to shelter from the cold while I was waiting for someone. The coffee was good and the pasta was average, the staff was very courteous. Inside the restaurant there are no tables or stools, excellent for those who want to have a quick coffee but not for those who want to take a longer break, as you have to stand.

31/03/2024: Terrible service, fixed Easter menu €70.00. They don't want to change the cutlery between starter and first course or between first and second course. My fork was dirty with sauce and the owner himself told me: "I'll leave the fork for you", I replied that there was a second course next and so he changed it for me. It's normal? He doesn't know etiquette. They were supposed to bring 2 seconds and only one arrived. The side dishes were vegetables and boiled potatoes. The mascarpone mousse was on a huge plate, the same as the first courses, scattered messily on the bottom. It was supposed to be a memorable lunch and it will be, but in a bad way. Never again. Go to cooking school.

23/10/2023: We had an absolutely delicious meal here and were spoiled with exceptionally pleasant service. Our experience was simply wonderful and we are already looking forward to coming back.

26/03/2024: The spritz was perhaps a little expensive considering the average of what you find in Venice, however I found Cicchettini to be excellent and fresh, including meatballs so I'll definitely try again

15/01/2024: Amazing Food Spider Crab with salad was so sweet and flavoursome and well worth having . Best tasting Shrimp Risotto I have ever tasted . Pesto Tagliateli was very good . Great Chef and great front of house service .

26/05/2024: Siamo stati qui per caso, avevamo il nostro albergo a una decina di minuti da questo ristorante!!! Che dire WAO.... siamo arrivati da loro a causa della pioggia persistente che ci ha colpito e alla ricerca di un riparo siamo entrati in questo locale. Siamo stati accolti dal padre ed il figlio che servono in sala!! Con un magnifico sorriso e una buonissima caponata 🥰 accompagnato da un pane fatto da loro (squisito). Abbiamo preso due primi fatti totalmente dalla madre (cuoca) con materie di prima qualità. Alla fine per ingordigia ci siamo fatti attrarre dalle cozze di un tavolo vicino (impepata di cozze rosse )e l unica cosa che posso dire ESTASIATA. Il tutto accompagnato da un delicato prosecco ( non ricordo il nome...ahimè....ma meritato) Stra consiglio per qualunque palato e qualunque esigenza!! È stato veramente tutto buonissimo!! Un plauso a tutta la famiglia che conduce questo magnifico ristorante.

23/05/2024: Attended on the recommendation of our hotel. It was ok but we had better meals in Venice. Staff not particularly welcoming, portion sizes were small, there wasn’t much atmosphere (not busy which possibly was a factor).

16/01/2024: buoni piatti della tradizione veneziana con qualche incursione romana, vini interessanti, personale simpatico, prezzi anch'essi... veneziani (ma non peggio della media). piacevole l'atmosfera, accogliente e ovattata. sicuramente da tener presente.

28/12/2023: Tasteless sardine buccafico and rosti potatos (hash browns). Portions are on the small size. The environment is good and service is nice though.

08/01/2024: Siamo venuti qui su consiglio di un amica. Superate totalmente le nostre aspettative antipasti perfetti bilanciati nei gusti e nelle quantità con cura dei dettagli dal impiattamento alle temperature. abbiamo preso sarde in saor e antipasto casa bonita un misto di pesche bollito capasanta e baccalà che consiglio. poi abbiamo preso un risotto di zuzzhine e scampi a dir poco eccezionali. per finire il dolce fatto in casa una panna cotta perfetta e una meringa ancor più buona servizio ottimo tutti gentili e professionali Sicuramente 5 stelle meritate complimenti

10/05/2024: Stumbled across this restaurant while out and about. Varied menu choices, very reasonably priced, all agreed nice food. Wine nice and again reasonably priced. Very nice sitting outside if the sun is shining. Recommended.

27/04/2024: Buonasera, Siamo appena entrati nel locale chiedendo al gestore cosa ci proponeva come sprizza e lo stesso xi aggredita in malo modo con due pesanti parolacce senza alcun motivo, inaudito! Probabilmente non eravamo la clientela straniera che si aspettava. È doveroso entrare, fare la consumazione senza chiedere anticipatamente il prezzo delle consumazioni e pagare senza battere ciglio. Se si chiede il prezzo non anticipo si viene pesantemente offesi. Sto valutando di fare una segnalazione per offese. Sconsigliatissimo. State alla larga da questo posto!

17/03/2024: Nei pressi del "campo" più grande di Venezia (San Polo), solo San Marco è una piazza, in un angolo incantevole proprio adiacente ad un canale, nella taverna "Da Baffo" puoi gustare i piatti tipici della cucina veneziana, di ottima qualità, al giusto prezzo. Consigliatissimo.

07/04/2024: I went to this place for the first time, I ate the pizza but it wasn't that great, it felt like I was eating a frozen pizza, then the waitress brought us glasses that weren't dry, practically there was water in them.

05/04/2024: The seafood risotto and the Venetian trio were to die for. The three young ladies who handled the service were very friendly, quick and courteous. The whole family was full and happy. It was a nice evening.

25/02/2024: The best eggnog pancakes I've ever eaten. The large meringue is also very good. Rustic bakery with a genuine look and typical products and the lady who served us was very kind and friendly.
