20/08/2025: Excellent cuisine! First time here. Kudos to Chef Damiano...bringing together innovation, originality, and authentically flavored local ingredients is, I think, a very difficult task. The point is, the Chef succeeds, and very well indeed. Pairings that might not convince you on the menu become completely satisfying when you taste the dish...and this is repeated with every course, from appetizer to dessert. Trout, venison, beef sirloin, perfectly blended in innovation and history. The "fiori" dessert was a surprise. We really appreciated your philosophy; thank you for this evening, a true "gift" for my birthday. See you soon.

22/09/2025: We visited San Marco and were absolutely thrilled! The service was extremely friendly and attentive. We particularly appreciated how our special requests were handled seamlessly and perfectly. The highlight, however, was definitely the calzone – by far the best I've ever eaten! The price is absolutely fair and reasonable. A restaurant we would highly recommend.
