28/05/2025: On the recommendation of Mrs. Maddalena, whose B&B we were guests of, we went to dine at this restaurant located right in the old town of Aosta. We were very satisfied, so much so that we returned again, because it has a wide variety of both classic and regional dishes. From lasagna to risotto, from the very delicate Aosta Valley delights (a plate of cheeses, cured meats, Arnad lard, chestnuts), to pork fillet, pumpkin gnocchi, etc., even pizzas that we have not tried, all truly valid at an absolutely honest price. The staff was very kind. It is a pleasure to still find restaurateurs who know how to interpret their profession with professionalism and passion. Not to be missed.
27/05/2025: four pizzas with friends... slow service although kind. pizzas are average, we lack the touch to be excellent. the outside tables are a bit narrow, the waitress passes by millimeter and the chairs are rather wedged especially for large sizes like mine. all good... could still be better

10/05/2025: Fabulous welcome in a really nice setting. Everything from the welcome to the food and wine were first class.
We had the Alpine menu 4 courses for €40 it was delicious and fantastic value for the quality of food. They have a huge wine selection and you can choose from reasonable prices or treat yourselves.
The service was impeccable and made for a great night for my wife’s birthday.

16/03/2025: We went to this wine bar based on the reviews and because we wanted to try Aosta valley wine. Despite having numerous wines we were told they only had one red and one white local wine available even after we asked again due to being surprised at there being so little local choice. We opted for red with each glass having perhaps 150ml. While the wine was good it was not outstanding but our real surprise came at the bill. The four glasses we had cost a total of 54 euros leaving us feeling that we had been cheated. We find it difficult to understand why there is so little choice of local wine and the wine we were poured was not on their price list so we also feel we should have been told the price. It is never good to leave anywhere feeling cheated!

30/04/2025: I was looking for a quiet restaurant to enjoy an unconventional lunch and I found much more.
Fresh environment, simple decor in accordance with nature is a good menu choice.
Exceptional tempura vegetables!!
It's not easy to cook tasty and vegan and I enjoyed all the dishes.
Super vegan burger!!
The owner, as well as chef, told us about her sourcing choices which aim for native products grown without chemicals.
I think once you try them you'll come back.
Considering that it is not easy to cook vegan, the prices are in line with other vegan restaurants.

01/05/2025: Nice pastry shop, small but nice, as far as I'm concerned, I won't return, they served me a lukewarm cappuccino, and a brioche with apricot jam with half a teaspoon of coffee filling

09/08/2024: Splendid location for an aperitif in front of the mountains: the best location in all of Aosta! The guys who run it are very nice and super kind, the prices are the cheapest in the city. Today we left our bag on the table when we left and the manager abandoned work to chase us down the street and give it back to us! Truly unique, they saved our holiday, but other than that, a truly pleasant and peaceful break, far from more noble and formal places
