01/08/2025: Dopo il viaggio della speranza, ci siamo concessi il piacere di iniziare la vacanza con una cena a Malga Panna dove l’accoglienza è di casa e niente è mai nel posto sbagliato.
Le sculture in legno in questo contesto caldo e sempre accogliente lo rendono sempre nuovo e interessante e tornare è sempre sempre sempre un vero piacere, per il palato, per gli occhi e per l’anima. La cucina è come sempre precisa gustosa e mai invadente nei gusti, se pur molto decisi e presenti, soprattutto nei secondi. I dolci sono una scoperta di sapori impensabili da abbinare, ma geniali.
Siete una garanzia….l’unica frase finale che posso scrivere e sperare è….alla prossima 🥳

Cortona Moena un viaggio impegnativo ma che rifarei un milione di volte.
Avevo letto la storia che "racconta" lo Chef fatta di tradizione e contemporaneità...averla ascoltata dal vivo ha superato ogni aspettativa.

Attention to every detail, even the cowshed is super clean!
Really excellent food and a wide selection of wines.

06/07/2025: During a vacation in Trentino, we had dinner twice at the El Mas farmhouse in Moena. The environment is warm and rustic, all in wood, and there is a family atmosphere. The staff is very courteous and always available to tell how the dishes are prepared and to explain the origin of the products, all fresh and zero kilometer, like the cheeses they produce.
We tried several dishes, including a large cutting board, typical second courses and we appreciated some truly excellent tagliolini with mushrooms. The portions are generous and the quality-price ratio is excellent. From the place you can enjoy a pleasant view of the valley and the city of Moena: the panorama is relaxing and transmits serenity.
Next to the restaurant there is a stable that can be visited with the animals, which makes the experience even more authentic. The next day we returned to buy their products in the shop.

23/08/2025: We were at Malga Peniola a week ago, the road to get there is short but narrow and with many curves, once you arrive the view and the place are enchanting, the malga is small and I recommend booking, the staff is very kind and pleasant, the service is fast and the food is delicious, we ate venison chops with polenta, pasta with puzzone and speck, pork ribs with potatoes and polenta with cheese fondue, abundant and tasty dishes price in the average of the area we will gladly return

23/08/2025: The croissants and pastries were very good, but it was a shame that for the first time in my life, I was told that eating a croissant at the counter "made the people working behind it anxious," and that I was already there and could stay, in a tone I'd never heard directed at a customer in a bar.
We were at the counter only because the place was full; we had to leave and thought we'd disturb the people working there less. How rude!

08/08/2025: Allora premetto che non avevamo tanta fame e abbiamo preso due birre e un tagliere misto. (48 euro)
Devo dire che di per sé i salumi non erano male... ( per 24 euro di tagliere vorrei anche vedere) ma la freddezza delle cameriere ha congelato anche gli insaccati nel piatto.
Quello che mi ha scioccato è stato il menù delle pizze... si vantano di oltre 100 pizze... ma io comincerei a lavorare prima cosa sull'impasto... che a guardarla nei piatti mi sembrava na mezza piadina venuta male con condimento.... e ci starebbe anche.... ma non a 8 euro e 50 per una margherita.
Ok sei in Trentino... ma io 8 euro li guadagno in un ora di lavoro.... se li devo spendere per una margherita che almeno sia tale.
Lascio giudicare a voi i prezzi.
07/08/2025: Ristorante dell' Hotel Stella a Moena, buona posizione ed interno molto curato.Per quel che riguarda il cibo l offerta è molto ampia dai piatti locali a quelli meno, la qualità è nella norma ma nulla da dire di voler ritornare assolutamente, prezzo corretto personale un po' freddo.

23/01/2025: Disfruté de nuestra cena en Ristorante Forestsa. El restaurante se encuentra en un hotel en las afueras de Moena. Es accesible con un coche. El interior está muy limpio. Personal amable y profesional. Cada plato que pedimos era muy sabroso. Verdaderamente recomendable!
29/12/2024: Prima sera passata qui in hotel, ceniamo al ristorante dell'albergo e siamo rimasti stupiti da porzioni - qualità - varietà - ordine - servizio.
Davvero encomiabile, cervone agnello mondiali. Come tutti gli altri piatti. Fantastico davvero!
