24/09/2024: Wines and snacks are great, as is the opportunity to sit outside. What deducts points is that the waitress really tries and runs. She also does this up and down the stairs. Unfortunately, the boss usually doesn't manage to organize the whole thing. If guests want a toast, they also wait an extremely long time for their snack. Hence the score.
18/09/2024: The Claudia wine shop is a real insider tip for everyone who values a warm atmosphere and honest hospitality. The owner impresses with her direct nature and runs her business with a lot of passion.
Even though the snack platter took a little longer to arrive on the day we visited (which is not surprising given the high demand), it absolutely impressed us. The ham, bacon and cheese were of excellent quality and the house wine from the carafe that was served with it was a perfect match.
The ambience is unique: the many works collected over the years create a cozy atmosphere that almost transports you to another time. There are no exaggerated frills here, just pure authenticity.
Anyone who appreciates down-to-earth hospitality and regional products has come to the right place at Vinothek Claudia!

03/01/2025: The desserts are good, and the guy who runs the place is very polite. Unfortunately everything is ruined by the tall, bespectacled girl who serves the tables: calling her a waitress would be too good, as she has manners that are suitable for a mental hospital. I advise you to change profession.
03/01/2025: The waitress with the glasses was unpleasant and rude. If I were the owner I would never have hired such an inadequate and vulgar person. No hygiene for her, her long and dirty hair, not even collected, ended up on the dessert she brought us. His hands were clearly dirty as they touched the dishes he served us. Horrible experience. We will never go back again.

01/01/2025: Caffè ottimo ma ho preso due fette di torta(alle castagne e tiramisù) che non mi sono per niente piaciute. Poco sapore e troppo dolci, per me. Servizio veloce nel nonostante il pienone
31/12/2024: Torte buone ma molto molto deludente la cioccolata calda con panna che, se fatta ad arte (o anche semplicemente in casa propria ma con un minimo di impegno) deve avere una sua cremosità e non essere una semplice tazza di latte insaporita da cacao dolce.

22/10/2024: Very welcoming place, in a beautiful and well-served area with various clubs and shops nearby, I was with some of my friends. The staff was super nice and professional with us. It was a pleasure coming to this place, super bruschetta😋, and I can't wait to go back, it will definitely be a stop I'll make as soon as I'm in Merano. Well done!

08/12/2024: Siamo venuti da Bologna per visitare Merano il giorno 8 dicembre . La colazione ci è stata servita abbastanza bene ma quando abbiamo prenotato scegliendo al banco 3 panini , un brezel e due paste alla crema per portarle in viaggio ci è stato consegnato un pacchetto da un ragazzo del bar e da una signorina mora. Abbiamo pagato 50 euro per trovare nel sacchetto un panino solo su tre . Vecchio e duro ., le paste senza crema e niente brezel . Chi ci ha servito non si è comportato onestamente e non posso che lasciare un commento negativo . Le truffe in quel lussuoso bar , abbastanza costoso forse sono all ‘ordine del giorno ?
17/09/2024: Direkt an den Promenade/Etsch gelegenes Café mit Außenbestuhlung, ideal für eine kurze Pause mit Kaffee und Kuchen oder einen Aperitif am späten Nachmittag. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

22/08/2024: Schön gelegenes Lokal am Tappeinerweg - Traubensaft bestellt, Johannisbeersaft erhalten. Reklamiert, ohne Ergebnis. Als Familie mit Kindern absolut NICHT empfehlenswert - freundlich beim Bezahlen, ansonsten leider, wie immer öfter, nur freundlich beim Abkassieren. Und EUR 5,10 für ein falsches Getränk - tut mir Leid, aber das ist einfach eine Frechheit. Bitte teilen und weitersagen.
13/08/2024: Wir sind den Tappeinerweg gelaufen und haben uns dort eine kleine Stärkung gegönnt. Der Service war sehr freundlich! 😊 Die Speisen sehr ausreichend und wunderschön angerichtet. 🥰 diese waren sehr lecker und einen schönen Ausblick hatte man auch. 😊 Sehr gerne bei Gelegenheit wieder.

09/10/2023: Wir sassen lange am Tisch ohne bedient zu werden. Dann stellen wir uns in die Schlange (dachten ev. Selbstbedienung) ... wiederum lange Wartezeit auch als wir an der Reihe waren. DANN die Mitteilung, Bedienung sei an den Tischen . Also setzten wir uns wieder. Nach der Bestellung wurde nur die Hälfte gebracht,, erst auf Nachfrage erhielten wir unsere Bestellung.
Das Personal schien völlig überfordert und unorganisiert.
Drie Croissants waren aufgeweicht, der Eistee stark verdünnt...
Einzig die kleinen Teilchen waren super, deshalb 2 statt nur ein Stern.
15/09/2023: Di una lentezza ineguagliabile. Vengo abitualmente da un anno il mattino ed io come tutti attendiamo anche 20 minuti prima di essere serviti. Dovete investire sul personale soprattutto in orario di maggiore flusso quindi il mattino dall’apertura. Peccato che un imprenditore non abbia occhio per queste cose basilari in una attività, essendo pure spesso presente.

15/06/2024: Erb è anche in Via Dante 21 a Merano. Ho comprato tantissimi panini di diverso tipo: veramente ottimi. Ovviamente ho preso anche lo strudel che, il giorno dopo, era saporito ancora di più del giorno prima. Sicuramente, se tornerò a Merano, sarà certo una mia tappa
