07/01/2025: Really very nice place, with beautiful desserts, as well as delicious ones in the window. Tables outside and a few inside too. The service was unfortunately terrible. After waiting in vain for a good 20 minutes for someone to come and take my order, I decided to go to the counter myself to ask, seeing that even the nearby tables were getting nervous. However, at the counter they told me that I cannot order directly there and that someone would come to take the order. Too bad I waited for another 20min. After placing the order they immediately brought the coffee, which however became cold after having to wait another 5 minutes until they brought me the wrong dessert and another 10 to get the right one. High prices.

22/12/2024: Attirati dal profumo inebriante di pane e dolci decidiamo di fare colazione. C'era l imbarazzo della scelta , abbiamo preso dei krapfen crema e Marmellata ottimi. E la chicca che cin i caffè ti offrono un biscottino 😍A portare via abbiamo acquistato dei Panini farciti ed i brezel. Insomma tutto buonissimo ottimo forno al centro di Bolzano.

11/03/2025: Let me start by saying that I have been to this place several times. Definitely one of the worst services I've ever received in any bar, I'm not disputing the quality of the food and with what it costs, of course, but honestly you can't wait more than half an hour to order and another half hour to have a coffee and a croissant (I wouldn't even have asked for a risotto). The waiters don't know how to work, they don't know which customer arrived first and which came later, they don't come to clean the table, out of 5 waiters only 1 can take orders (it's not clear what the others are for) and on top of that they are also rude. I often sat at the table and after 20 minutes of waiting I left without being able to order. They are lucky enough to be the only bar with many seats at twenty otherwise they would have already closed a while ago. never again

05/03/2025: Located in the twenty shopping center in Bolzano, it is a very crowded place both inside and on the small terrace but the products are of normal quality and prices. Unfortunately the service is third world with remedied staff incapable of serving the tables worthily.
