You start with appetizers—I recommend the three-course menu—and then continue with first courses, second courses, and side dishes until you're hungry, or until you're ready to explore the chef's recipes. The fish is, of course, incredibly fresh, and the pairings are interesting and balanced. All accompanied by carefully presented and recommended local wines. Another excellent touch? The dessert! In short, it was a truly perfect lunch!
