06/07/2026: I'll start by saying I have a soft spot for the town of Civitella; my uncle was born there, and we often visited. I'm also passionate about history, and the events of 1944 deeply impacted me. The location is beautiful; in addition to the square with the clock, you can enjoy a splendid view of the Valdichiana. When I dined there, it was very hot in the town, and being at the right altitude on a breezy evening really cooled me down. The dishes are unique, well-prepared, and excellent, and the wine cellar offers a wide selection. The service was appreciated. I didn't use the accommodation, so I can't review it, but some people I know have stayed there and were satisfied.

27/04/2026: The atmosphere is a little dated, but the pizza is excellent and the service is top-notch.

02/04/2026: Really beautiful, the pizzas are excellent, the staff are very kind and I can't wait to go back.
