08/06/2025: I went to this restaurant on the advice of friends for my daughter's confirmation. I can say without hesitation that it was one of the best culinary experiences of recent years. Each dish was a small masterpiece: very fresh ingredients, creative but perfectly balanced combinations and a presentation with attention to the smallest details. The staff was welcoming and professional. Sincere compliments to Oronzo and his staff.

23/06/2025: The pizza dough is the best in the 20km radius. The sauce is excellent. They always do their best with this base. All young guys, very kind and extremely professional and, as if that wasn't enough, the prices are great. Don't miss it!

21/07/2025: Hi everyone, I've been going to this pizzeria for a while now, and I can say the pizza is delicious, especially the one served on a wooden board that keeps it warm and crispy! I've noticed they're quite well stocked with various brands of beer and wine. The staff is polite and professional, the prices are affordable, and there's no parking problem. I think I've given the importance of a pizzeria for what it's worth, but for the rest... I think these are the things you need to know in a review, right?! For the more discerning... I think there are plenty of other places...

The speed is incredible; they have a legion of waiters constantly serving the tables. The crudo di mare is impressive; oysters, mussels, and other super-fresh bivalves, the kind that wriggle when you touch them with lemon. The appetizers, seven varied dishes of fish and seafood, are not to be missed. We ordered fried cuttlefish and squid for the main course, ordered by the kilo, delicious, super fresh, and without oil. It's a pleasure to eat there, but it's always packed. On weekends, it's best to book if you don't want to miss it.

14/07/2025: I came to Italy for 20 days and I have to say this meal was the most satisfying food I have ever had! ! ! The owner was very kind and introduced their signature dishes in English. Both dishes were very delicious! ! The meat was not salty, which suited my taste. Highly recommended! ! There were a lot of mosquitoes when sitting outside

15/03/2025: I spent a pleasant evening, a real discovery for me as I'm not local. I couldn't choose between the staff and the food. The staff is very welcoming, always ready to answer all questions and, above all, always with a smile. The food is excellent, with tasty and well presented dishes. I highly recommend this pub. 14/07/2025: Ci siamo trovati qui dopo aver letto le recensioni, spinti dalla curiosità di verificare che fosse effettivamente così buono. In effetti non siamo rimasti delusi, anzi, se possibile è andata anche meglio di quanto ci aspettassimo. Il capocollo preso come antipasto si scioglieva in bocca. Ottimi anche i primi piatti, a base di pasta fresca di ottima qualità. Buonissima la cheesecake fatta da loro. Nota di merito anche per l'accoglienza e la simpatia dei ragazzi. Ogni volta che passeremo da Martina Franca torneremo volentieri.

04/07/2025: Villa Bacco è un ristorante Top. Ogni piatto è una esperienza unica, cucinato con maestria per esaltare tutti sapori. Lo Chef Nicola Colucci è tra i migliori in assoluto. La qualità del cibo è eccezionale, veramente di primissima qualità. Abbinamenti e presentazione dei piatti fatti con passione. Si nota subito la passione che tutto lo staff mette in ogni singola portata. Servizio ottimo, professionale e molto ma molto curato. La location è un posto fantastico, tranquillo, ideale per un pranzo o cena in perfetto relax. Sono anni che siamo loro clienti e le nostre aspettative sono sempre state soddisfatte. Prezzi in linea con la qualità del servizio e dei prodotti. Villa bacco è un locale che consiglio a tutti assolutamente. P.s. una volta provato crea dipendenza 😂.
