25/05/2025: Regular customer of the Francavilla Fontana restaurants, on Saturday night I decided to try Suite 77. We started off badly since with a table booked at 9pm they sat us down at 9:40pm. But okay, sometimes you have to be understanding. Polite guys but a bit slow in service, probably a little more staff wouldn't hurt. Let's get to the sore point: the pizza. I've never eaten such a horrible pizza in Francavilla. Inedible at times, you couldn't tell if it was a focaccia, a piadina, a pinsa... it even seemed frozen. It's definitely a place you have to go for a sandwich or first/second courses but definitely not for pizza. Extremely disappointed, we won't be returning.
10/05/2025: Appreciable place...full...Table of 6, 4 adults, 2 small children, Pizza indecipherable whether Pizza or focaccia, no one consumed it in full...failed...we won't go back!

08/06/2024: Assolutamente da sconsigliare. Arrivati alle 21 andiamo via alle 23 senza aver cenato. 4 tavoli nel locale, forse meno di 20 persone in tutto.... le 2 ragazze al servizio si dividono tra questo e il locale di fronte, dello stesso proprietario, con qualche critica personale fatta ad alta voce... totalmente perse a metà serata.... non sanno chi servire, cosa scaldare, da che lato sparecchiare.... di fronte al nostro disappunto, si giustificano attribuendo la responsabilità al poco spazio, alle sole due griglie, al nostro ordine, alla mancanza di personale, si citano pure le risorse umane... che dire?! Noi abbiamo qualche piadina e un'insalata... e non arriva nulla.... a casa mia la cena è più complicata... avrei gradito due parole col proprietario che però, mi dicono, non c'è, da nessuna parte... aiuto
