04/01/2025: Eh...no...qui le parole non bastano.
Non bastano perché bisogna recarsi personalmente per capire, ammirare ed essere rapiti dalla "magia" di questa location che personalmente adoro.
È tutto elegante e raffinato, sognante e "magico".
Tutto squisito, ottimi menù con accostamenti di vini.
Servizio puntuale e preciso, personale attento, altamente qualificato che spiega minuziosamente le varie pietanze.
Ottima la pulizia in ogni dove.
Ristorante stellare (come pochi) che, a mio modesto avviso, non ha bisogno di migliorarsi perché è perfetto così com' è. C' è solo bisogno che continui sempre così.

25/11/2024: Domenica 24/11 a pranzo con la famiglia .... ottima la qualità, ottima l'accoglienza, ottimo il servizio e giusto il rapporto qualità prezzo. Del resto non si sta 25 anni in segmenti medio alti del mercato della ristorazione senza esserne DAVVERO all'altezza. COMPLIMENTI Corteinfiore e auguri x il prossimo mezzo secolo.
In aggiunta ma solo per un pizzico di campanilismo .... Locale e proprietà di Trani, personale di sala di Andria (tutti lodevolissimi), e maggior parte della clientela di Barletta .... ottimo connubio BAT

09/02/2025: The coffee here is truly delicious - rich aroma and perfect taste. Cornetto also does not disappoint, but the biggest advantage is the service - it's been a long time since I have seen such a cordial and helpful approach from the very moment I entered.
19/01/2025: "I have lived in Trani for 20 years and only today I discovered that the Bar Centrale is also a pastry shop with a window set up with a wide choice. What about the staff? Welcoming, polite, friendly and friendly. From today it will become my pastry shop favorite."

28/10/2024: I must say the tourist place the menu is misleading to call pizza a real pre-cooked tongs for 25 euros 8 pieces quite absurd good ingredients but the tongs soaked in oil environment after all not really a restaurant but a trattoria with retro elements

19/09/2024: In summer "il Vecchio e il Mare" becomes the final location in Trani where you can end the evening or even more so where you can experience the beginning of the disco night. That it isn't a dance floor can be seen from afar. So the music floats, but no one dances. The location would be beautiful if it were instead dedicated to intimate or business dinners, as the layout of the tables, tables and stools is well thought out. How soft and trendy is the lighting of the place. In reality there is already a restaurant just a stone's throw away, of the same name and expensive. This then becomes the place for young people, for those who always follow the trend of the moment, a place where they can meet, "pose", where they can "be there just to appear", where they wait to enter even for two hours (sic!) standing, on the initial part of the eastern pier of the port. To then sit at the first free tables. Nothing to complain about the place, with the sea on the side crashing on the cliff and it's all an excellent view. But it is the intended use that is perhaps not appropriate. All personal opinion

La pasta soffice e fragrante, con un perfetto equilibrio tra croccantezza all'esterno e morbidezza all'interno, era ancora calda, come appena sfornata. 01/01/2025: Ci siamo fermati in questo bar per un aperitivo. I tavoli all' interno avevano sopra briciole ma non avendo trovato posto all' esterno ci siamo accomodati. Dopo diversi minuti di attesa nessuno è venuto al tavolo per prendere la comanda e ci siamo rivolti in cassa per chiedere due aperitivi analcolici con stuzzichini. Serviti in bicchieri pieni meno della metà e stuzzichini congelati , non ben cotti, mini sandwich scaldati ma non freschi e mini tramezzini conditi con salse dal sapore indefinito. Tutto al prezzo di €19. Un vero e proprio furto con una qualità e servizio scadente. Sconsigliato. Mai più!
15/08/2024: Sconsigliato, cocktail annacquati , stuzzichini vecchiotti, è stata una brutta esperienza. Chiesto durante la comanda , hanno assicurato che i prodotti erano di marca, ma l'acqua non aveva sapore. Contestato è stato aggiunto un po' di alcolico ma non recuperabile . Mai più

Si presenta come biglietto da visita con il rinnovo degli ambienti, molto chic.
Tuttavia, per quanto riguarda gli aperitivi l'offerta è al di sotto delle aspettative. Quantità ridotte (solo 5 pezzi) senza particolari elementi di qualità e costosi.
Per lo stesso importo o anche meno, in altre attività simili si può avere una maggiore varietà di cocktail e soprattutto, di stuzzicheria, con svariati elementi di qualità (salumi, carne, pesce, molluschi, ecc.) Parlando di un bar storico come questo è un po' una delusione.
