12/03/2025: One of the best places I have ever ended up in. The knowledge of the owners about spices and herbs is astonishing and it made me feel I was in good hands. The Golden Milk and Chai Latte are my favourite anywhere I go abroad, and finally someone makes it also in Trani. Well done guys!

15/10/2025: Disappointing compared to the reviews and the prices charged. Spaghetti alla vongole, more than al dente, too salty, shriveled shellfish with little flavor. Carpaccio of red shrimp, supposed to be with poppy seeds, just coarse salt and a piece of lemon. No explanation for the antipasti served according to the chef's choice, which were good.

20/09/2025: At first, we were seated at a very nice table by a friendly waiter, and things looked promising. But shortly after ordering, a lady came over and in a rather rude manner told us the table was reserved and we had to move elsewhere.
We then waited quite a while for the so-called “signature drinks.” One of them was completely uninspired and tasted like nothing, the other was just okay — a pity, because the creative name had raised expectations. If you want to borrow Hemingway’s name, why not serve Hemingway-inspired drinks?
The location by the sea is undeniably beautiful, but service and concept matter just as much. Sadly, the staff here didn’t seem to genuinely care about guests. For now: avoid this place. You can enjoy the same seaviews for free in Trani at countless other spots — without the terrible service.

14/09/2025: The best bar in Trani, without a doubt, but be warned: if you eat a croissant or brioche here, you won't be able to eat them anywhere else because the difference is so drastic. Everyone is incredibly friendly, with Lorenzo being a master. Excellent, not to be missed.

14/09/2025: We dined at Corti Bianche during our stay in Trani, and since it was a Saturday evening, we preferred to make a reservation. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by a wonderful garden, meticulously cared for down to the smallest detail, which immediately conveyed a pleasant sense of elegance and serenity.
The hosts proved to be truly delightful. What I appreciated most was their honesty: the menu features a scrocchiarella, a generous portion that easily fills two people. Although we intended to order a first course as well, the owner very candidly advised us to wait and decide later. A gesture that, especially in a tourist destination, is by no means a given. At the table, I commented, "Too honest for a holiday destination, where the opposite often happens." And in that moment, I felt truly protected, as a guest and not simply as a customer.
We followed their advice, and they were right: one scrocchiarella was more than enough. We also noticed the same genuine and caring attitude towards the other tables: a rare attention, demonstrating how truly family-run this place is and how the owners have chosen to put customer satisfaction first.
My sincerest compliments go to them: authentic hosts who, despite the times and the touristy environment, have chosen to play their cards on the table with transparency and heart.
Corte Bianchi is more than just a restaurant: it's an oasis of authenticity, where honesty becomes an integral part of the menu and where, beyond good food, you can savor the human value of those who welcome you. A place that stays in your heart, and that deserves to be remembered and recommended. ❤️

17/09/2025: The pastries weren't nearly as bad as the service from the lady who works here. I understand that working with people is tiring, but a simple, polite "good morning" or "thank you" shouldn't be so difficult to say; otherwise, you shouldn't be doing a job you don't love. Rudeness has become commonplace,
but it shouldn't be.
24/08/2025: I went yesterday morning to buy four croissants and had a negative experience.
The croissants weren't shaped like croissants, they were open, raw inside... and they cost €1.40.
It's possible to sell croissants for €1.40 when everyone else is selling them for €1.20.
I won't be going back.

17/04/2025: Seduti all'aperto con vista stupenda. 2 spritz senza nulla di accompagnamento 14 euro dopo aver atteso mezz'ora per ordinare e poco meno per ricevere..il tutto su un tavolino traballante. Da evitare!!

Al di là della vista esterna molto bella, il resto assolutamente non memorabile ed estremamente caro.

28/05/2025: Este es un gran lugar para bebidas y aperitivos. Los barristas eran muy amables, pacientes y comprensivos, ya que no dominamos el italiano con buen sentido del humor. El asiento exterior era muy agradable. Puedo recomendar a fondo la infusión de café G&T. El té Earl Grey es el mejor. Gracias por una gran experiencia! Salud!

25/08/2024: Faccio il barista, posso permettermi di suggerirvi di metterci un (bel) po di impegno nel lavoro. Prezzo del servizio alto e ci starebbe ma si vede che non c'è voglia di fare. Siete giovani, potreste ancora salvarvi .
