24/04/2024: Cocktail with a capital C, the owners are super friendly, if you go ask for a Bogotà! You will have a pleasant surprise!

20/08/2024: Titolare e personale gentili e proattivi.
Per il rinfresco del battesimo ci hanno concesso anche una camera per cambiare il piccolino.
Essendo poco distante da casa lo utilizziamo quando siamo in difficoltà e finora (16 anni) non ci ha mai deluso.
Lo abbiamo consigliato anche alle maestranze delle imprese che hanno fatto lavori a casa nostra e tutti sono sempre stati soddisfatti.
Porzioni adeguate (nel menu del viandante) e da sbottono del pantalone nel menu festivo.
Noi abbiamo trovato sempre tutto buono e non abbiamo avuto mai problemi post pranzo/cena.
06/08/2024: Una delle esperienze peggiori mai fatte, al limite della legalità, servizio lentissimo, salumi scadenti, porzioni troppo esagerate che non sapevano di niente, prodotti tutti surgelati, patatine fritte nell'olio del fritto misto, se uno è allergico al pesce ci saluta. Pezzo forte, la tagliata, sapeva di rancido, IMMANGIABILE!!

It would also be a nice place with averagely good (though not excellent) products. Too bad for the shameful rudeness of the (I presume) owner for whom, evidently, the smile, the greeting, the kindness, but also trivially the education, are paid separately.
(And I note from other reviews that I am by no means the only one to have noticed this)
11/05/2024: Bad experience, young waitress, totally incompetent unprofessional girl, she called me an idiot thinking I didn't understand the Italian language.
I advise the owner to teach some education to his employees.
A customer who is new to the place may take the wrong door if there is no signage, this does not justify the fact that the staff can afford to use inappropriate language.

23/12/2023: Unfortunately it's not easy to find if I don't know it's local, I had the navigator running but I passed by without seeing it.
Small, well-kept and very pleasant place, quiet, excellent coffee and pastries.
I'll be back to try something else, even just to enjoy the environment.
11/12/2023: Quick aperitif, we will definitely return more calmly because it deserves, nice and clean environment. A beautiful courtyard with tables and blankets on the chairs available for those who want to stay outside. Good appetizers and friendly staff

10/08/2024: Eating was hell, drinks were hell, service was nothing 3 times, they were doing nothing and we still hadn't ordered anything. The prices are through the roof for food that is not edible at all, in short, not recommended, I also got food poisoning so definitely not recommended
10/08/2024: We had to wait a long time before we were finally helped, it was expensive and the food was cold and not yet cooked. And 1 of the children now has food poisoning.... once and never again

20/05/2024: This restaurant is not the best in the area in my opinion.
The menu card is stuck almost everywhere. The cocktails taste good there, but the food and the burgers are very cheaply produced. The meat just tastes disgustingly cheap. Just frozen...which came with chips as a side dish, these chips also felt like they were kind of Lays chips in Italy style.
When I paid the bill with card, he just took my card and I didn't see what he typed on the control panel. The bill says 3 euros Coperto so 3 euros for covered food... never seen a restaurant charge money for a roof over your head but okay.
In general, I would look at the other restaurants first and if there really isn't any space left, then you can eat here, but it's not recommended!

27/06/2024: Servizio assente, ci hanno dato due bicchieri di prosecco senza uno snack!!! Il ragazzo che ci ha servito era scocciato e quando gli ho chiesto Delle.patatine un busta mi ha detto che in questo periodo date le numerose partite hanno finito tutto 😭😭😭! Agghiacciante, centro di Novara!
