13/12/2025: Wide selection of beers, service isn't exactly prompt, but you can turn a blind eye. However, for €4.76 worth of drinks, perhaps the response, "We only have wrapped chips," when you ask for two chips, isn't exactly the best. That "€??????" of expense towards the customer certainly won't ruin the manager, and the customer, perhaps, will come back with a little more desire next time. Why drown yourself in a spoonful of water??????

19/09/2025: Probably the best pastry shop in town! The pastries and brioches are delicious, full of filling, but above all, you can taste they're artisanal, made fresh.
It's also the only café that serves oat cappuccino (which from now on will be the only one I'll drink, because it's excellent). In short, not everyone can finally offer a good variety for those who can't drink cow's milk.
The staff is also simply fantastic: kind, attentive, and helpful, always with a smile.
The only downside is that the place is a bit small and sometimes there's no seating (especially in the summer), but it's worth it in the end!

30/12/2025: We were in SBT for sightseeing, freezing cold, and looking for a place to warm up for an aperitivo, and we were incredibly lucky. They recommended a good glass of local wine, and we tried some excellent Ascoli olives. My partner, who loves meat even now after we've left, keeps mentioning them, saying they were spectacular (and we've tried several at other places too). The staff was also kind enough to not make a fuss about the bulky stroller (which isn't a given, considering I've been terrified of going out since we had a baby because I don't know if they make us feel uncomfortable). If we ever visit again, we'll definitely be back to try other things.
18/10/2025: A welcoming place in the pedestrianized historic center of SBT. Ideal for tasting excellent wines from their well-stocked cellar, they also offer quality food! The owners are very friendly and always welcome you with a smile. Highly recommended!

I always have breakfast there when I'm in San Benedetto. The pastries are delicious 🥐 and the cappuccinos too ☕️
The service is always excellent; they're friendly and kind!

22/02/2026: Big disappointment compared to previous years. Poor quality aperitif, tiny bathroom but the biggest problem is general hygiene. Today the pigeons also entered inside and on the tables. At a certain point the waiter caught one with his hands. We hoped he would go and wash himself instead a simple pass of gel on his hands and he returned to serve. Too bad.
21/02/2026: I was very disappointed with this bar. Paying €1.80 for a 0.5-liter bottle of water seems decidedly excessive, especially considering the lack of context that would justify such a high price.
I understand the general increase in costs, but this is a disproportionate price compared to the average for a product that requires no preparation or effort. Furthermore, the service wasn't anything special enough to offset the expense.
I hate to leave a negative review, but I think it's fair to point out when prices aren't in line with what's offered. I hope they'll reconsider their pricing policy in the future.

21/12/2025: Federico is an excellent host, but his is the real San Benedettese brodetto... Spectacular. The balance of flavors and the aroma of the vinegar are perfectly balanced, no house won hands down... Thanks again Federico, I'll be back soon.
14/12/2025: Nothing to complain about the food, it was excellent. When we got the bill, we realized the amount was incorrect, and when we asked for clarification, the bill was recalculated (again incorrect). Furthermore, the prices on the menu didn't match the bill.

01/09/2024: Locale piccolo ed affollatissimo senza numero limite di persone, quindi si arriva a dopo la mezzanotte che si fatica a muoversi e soprattutto a respirare . Si ripropongono musiche anni 80/90 infatti è frequentato da persone intorno la cinquantina d'anni di età che hanno voglia di rivivere i tempi della loro gioventù, i mitici anni del Why Not e Atlantide ( i remix e le sequenze musicali sono para para e paranoicamente uguali a quei tempi...niente di nuovo) .
A vent'anni si può fare, a cinquanta proprio no!
