16/10/2025: We had a FANTASTIC stay here, and thanks to Hotel Flora, our trip to Livigno was simply perfect! The hotel is cozy, with wood accents just the way we love them. The rooms are spacious, equipped with a comfortable bed, and equipped with everything we need. Both the hotel and the rooms are meticulously cleaned every day! When I return to my room after a day of activity, I'm greeted with a small gift and a wonderful aroma. The hotel's wellness area is also very clean and pleasant to use. In the morning, I can enjoy an extensive breakfast buffet, and we also opted for the half-board option, which is highly recommended! The fresh dishes are delicious, and you'll enjoy them every evening and leave the table feeling satisfied! The staff here welcomes you in a very family-like manner and is very helpful. The atmosphere in the hotel is also pleasant and very family-like; you receive such a warm welcome every day. Their daily efforts deserve a big compliment! The location is also ideal, right on the shopping street and near a bus stop. It's nice and quiet at night, where I can sleep with the window open in complete peace. The price-quality ratio is simply excellent! Anyone who books here will definitely not regret it. :-) We will definitely be back!

25/08/2025: I've been spending my holidays at Hotel Flora for several years... Luca and his staff are always attentive and caring towards me and my family. I always feel at home here. Excellent hotel and central location. At the restaurant, the legendary Pasquale and the fantastic Fabio are always attentive to our culinary needs. You can also taste dishes and specialties prepared to perfection by our top chef, Luca Galli. At the reception, Mara and her staff are smiling and always available to ensure guests have a delightful stay. I can already see myself there with all of you. See you soon. A big hug. Grandma Alba

05/08/2025: Siamo capitati per caso in questo ristorante, abbiamo ordinato il piatto unico, pizzoccheri, salmi di cervo con polenta, tutto molto buono e abbondante, prezzo nella norma, camerieri gentili e disponibili, locale carino e con bellissima vista, lo consiglio. Due piatti unici, una bottiglia di acqua e due caffè, abbiamo speso 46€

11/07/2025: Locale molto bello con personale gentile e professionale, abbiamo cenato con la pizza max buonissima e con ingredienti di prima qualità. La pizza era formata da una pala grande per due persone che metà l'abbiamo portata via. I prezzi giusti per la quantità e la qualità.

08/12/2025: A lovely restaurant with a warm, clean, and comfortable atmosphere. In our opinion, the food was more beautiful than it was delicious. The staff was at times cold and aloof, but some were polite. The young cashier with dark glasses was extremely rude and impolite, and definitely unprofessional. When it came time to pay, my friends and I were met with disrespectful and rude behavior. In an arrogant tone, as if we were in the way, we were asked to provide our table number before proceeding. Unfortunately, our table number wasn't even listed. So, instead of accommodating us or simply explaining the situation politely, the response was, in our opinion, unnecessarily aggressive. In any case, once this incident was over, we asked if it was possible to issue separate bills, and once again, the reaction seemed even more irritated: sighs, an annoyed tone, and obvious nervousness, until at a certain point the girl turned to her colleague and said, "Listen, you do it," leaving us with the impression that we were being treated more like a nuisance than as customers. A shame, really, because the least we always expect is politeness and respect. I sincerely hope this comment can help management improve the quality of service, because this incident was saddening, to say the least, especially in front of other customers.

13/07/2025: Ottimo, sia il servizio che il cibo...esperienza da provare a Bormio, se ami il buon cibo e la professionalità del servizio devi assolutamente passare da qui. Prezzo giusto per il servizio avuto. Solo un piccolo consiglio, lavorare sulla luminosità degli ambienti.

13/07/2025: La location ci è sembrata subito suggestiva, trovandosi all’interno di una cantina. Il cibo è stato ottimo, gli sciatt davvero deliziosi e il piatto di formaggi con prodotti di qualità. Il prezzo era corretto per quello che abbiamo mangiato. Il sevizio molto curato e veloce.

23/08/2025: Excellent service, very friendly staff, excellent food at reasonable prices. Personally, I really enjoyed the pizzoccheri, the best I've had in Livigno, and the desserts were superb.

24/11/2025: Unfortunately, the pool was closed, as were the restaurants. The breakfast room was too cold.

13/09/2025: Terrible service. I waited at the outside tables for over half an hour. Then, seeing that the waiters were looking at me but didn't come to take my order, I had to go inside and order my aperitif. The waitress arrived looking annoyed and brought me my aperitif without anything to nibble on. So I asked her, "Could you bring me something to nibble on, please?" I waited another quarter of an hour, had to get up and go back to order at the counter. After 20 minutes, I received just two olives. The blonde waitress is rude, arrogant, opinionated, and pissed off. She'd better change her job because she doesn't know how to relate to customers. In a bar in Milan, she would have definitely lasted an hour. I wonder how the owner of this bar can employ such incompetent and unqualified staff, bordering on self-service. I wonder on what basis they hire certain staff. This bar will surely be doomed to close if it employs such shoddy and shameful staff.

18/10/2025: I went there several times with my wife and two children from 1990 to 1995, and it was our favorite restaurant. The food was excellent, and the owner was a bit unusual but very friendly. Then the children grew up, and we moved on to another vacation destination. We went again, with my wife, in 2003 or 2004, and the old owner wasn't there, but a young lady welcomed and served us, and we regretted not asking for the old owner...

09/11/2025: One star because less is the only option. The hygienic conditions are appalling and the food is of poor quality.
