30/08/2024: The environment is beautiful and welcoming. Don't let the term "cascina" be misleading, it is a quality fish restaurant located in an old, wonderfully renovated Lombard farmhouse. The quality of the products and the service are paid for in economic terms, however not disproportionately, especially if you don't overdo it with the extensive wine list where the offer can lead to truly expensive bottles.
Update 2024: Francesco is always an excellent host.
10/08/2024: Located a stone's throw from busy Cassanese, you will feel like you are entering another world. Inside the historic farmhouse you will find an elegant, welcoming environment and excellent food. I recommend the Catalan octopus and prawns, and the paccheri with lobster. Prices high but in relation to the quality. Definitely worth trying.

31/10/2024: For goodness sake! How rude the waitresses are. I paid for a coffee, I went to the counter with the receipt, the lady asked me what I wanted, I told her "a still water and a macchiato please". She told me "you can get the water on the right", and then turned to the other waitress saying "a coffee". When they gave me the coffee, I asked if it was stained, and it wasn't. Then the lady who took my order turned away and said "stain the coffee, she didn't tell me she wanted it stained but she wants it stained". And the other replies "ah, well if he doesn't say it...". If maybe you learned to listen, rude and incapable. The two ladies present on Thursday 31 October at the counter around 9.30 in the morning.
30/10/2024: Very bad. Before the flight, ordered two spritzes. €7.50 for two tiny glasses of Campari spritz without even a crisp. Cosmic dick in serving you and telling you that if you want chips you have to buy them in the nearby shop. Absurd. And we are in Milan.
Chips purchased in the nearby shop. Never again.
