05/05/2024: Good desserts and focaccias. Terrible service: this morning I find the usual attendant with brown hair, pale face, not particularly pretty at the counter, around 11.30. As always he serves everyone, he doesn't ask anyone for the receipt, when he gets it to me he demands it. She always does it to make it clear to those present that she doesn't trust me, she assumes I'll steal her cappuccino; but not only that: generally there is always a queue and when it's my turn she turns to the customer after me, skipping me, I point it out to her and she lies by saying that it's not true, in the end she is forced to serve me because the customer after me refuses to get ahead of me. 07/04/2024: Obviously the expectations were high (from someone who has won a lot and is considered one of the best in the world, even just out of respect, it's right). Unfortunately, however, we were really disappointed. Average desserts. High prices even if justified by the location. One thing we never, ever expected, considering the elegance of the place - are the bathrooms. Really dirty and indecent.

10/05/2024: We were very disappointed with our experience here. First of all, you should be aware there is a 4.50 euro cover charge. We got the saffron Milanese risotto. I'm not sure what other people are eating, but this tasted like watery rice flavored with Kraft Mac and cheese seasoning. We also got the veal with white wine sauce. The sauce was also super watery and the veal was so bland. The carbonara, minestrone soup, fettuccine with salmon, were all fine.

At first they simply ignored us when we approached the workers, but we decided not to leave. As a result, the order was accepted. The food was good and tasty, the interior and atmosphere were good.
