08/03/2025: We sat down after a long time because the tables were dirty due to the lack of staff. After sitting down we ordered but what we asked for wasn't there so they brought us something else, plus the croissants were cold and the cream inside was condensed. I would have preferred a breakfast at the mc.
04/03/2025: I often go for a snack here, always with my soy cappuccino and a sweet. And what can I say? Finally a pastry shop that has understood the art of balance! No excessive sugar, no cloying flavors—just the right taste, the one that makes you want to come back.
A place that proves that pastry can be refined without being excessive. And I, of course, approve.

02/03/2025: Bella location ma personale veramente disastroso. Dopo averci fatto sedere, ci hanno totalmente ignorato: le due cameriere che abbiamo intercettato non sono nemmeno riuscite a dirci quali fossero i piatti disponibili per il pranzo, mentre una terza cameriera ha cominciato a prendere le ordinazioni a persone che si erano appena sedute, lasciando noi ancora lì dimenticati nonostante le nostre richieste alle quali rispondeva "arrivo". Dopo 40 minuti di attesa siamo andati a mangiare un kebab...Quello ve lo consigliamo!!

09/03/2025: Normal place, even if a little dirty, before sitting down they told us that the chef had not yet arrived and told us to wait 30 minutes. After these 30 minutes they made us sit at a table near the bar, we ordered three Margherita pizzas, two with mozzarella and one without mozzarella. After less than 10 minutes the pizza arrived, quite strange given that the cooking time is much longer, in fact looking at the pizza it was clearly a frozen pizza placed in an oven. I paid around €7.50, I then tried (at home) to ask if the pizza was freshly prepared and they said yes.

27/11/2024: I go in to have a coffee with friends. After 20 minutes the lady at the counter shouted to us "we need the table" while one of her colleagues was preparing to clear the table.
Rudeness and rudeness are commonplace.

We sat at the table and I ordered a cappuccino and a coffee. The cappuccino was undrinkable and I asked if they would kindly remake it for me and the answer was: yes if you pay me back, I have never seen such rudeness.
Paying 2.50 for a cappuccino at the table is fine but I want it good. The owner told me she uses quality milk...... if this is quality!!!!
19/03/2025: The old woman was very rude and blatantly racist. I looked her in the eyes and said “grazie” multiple times, but she deliberately ignored me. She was clearly trying to make me leave after just 15 minutes, even though I hadn’t even finished my order.

Erano in due al banco, e nessuna delle due mi ha chiesto cosa volessi, erano più impegnate a parlare tra di loro.
Non ci ritornerò più.

11/01/2025: Il giudizio è frutto del rapporto qualità/prezzo e di una location che richiederebbe decisamente di meglio.
30 euro a persona, a pranzo, per un buffet così scarso, sono decisamente troppi.
Primi completamente insipidi e poco invitanti, contorno di patate crude e fagiolini completamente secchi; pizze e focacce surgelate.
Con una proposta più semplice e attenta, allo stesso prezzo (o probabilmente anche meno), potrebbe garantire sicuramente qualcosa di più apprezzabile.
20/09/2024: Una giornata alle terme e decidiamo di fermarci col pacchetto Gold presso Bistrot Monticello Spa. Che dire. Un velo pietoso steso su quanto si è mangiato non basterebbe. Vergognosi. Non è tanto il fattore economico anche se credo che 32 euro non siano pochi per il cibo offerto ma la qualità signori miei. Stento a credere alle recensioni positive. Le orecchiette al pesto di zucchine e menta fredde e appiccicose. Hummus bruciato,insalata di riso cruda e più che insalata era riso in bianco con 2 pezzi di formaggio e 2 olive nere all'interno. Salvo di questo pranzo solo la gentilezza delle ragazze al banco,davvero carine e sorridenti. Il resto definirlo pranzo è un eufemismo.

16/08/2024: In pieno centro, una gastronomia che serve anche ai tavoli (servizio che non ho usufruito). Vetrina di proposte accattivante, se segnala una cura della materia prima ed una ricerca dei prodotti eccezionale (escluso i ravioli di zucca mantovani improponibili) a Lecco. Polenta di storo sopratutti, alcuni formaggi di pregio, rostbeef all'inglese ottimo, pasta di mare gustosa, polipo eccellente, selezione di vini importante. Personale al banco competente e sicuro delle proprie scelte.
