12/08/2024: This is a lovely lunch spot with an amazing view of the lake. They offer a range of options including paninis, wraps, salads and bruschetta. All of the food was very nice and freshly made. They have vegetarian options to choose from as well. It is quite popular so we had to queue however the queue moved fairly quickly. The service was also efficient and friendly.
09/08/2024: Restaurant situé au centre de Varenna, avec vue sur le lac, les serveurs sont adorables et les plats sont très bons à un prix très raisonnable, cela vaut la peine d’attendre.

10/12/2024: Terrible experience. We stopped in Varenna to eat something because we were traveling and it was time for lunch.
We randomly enter this place where 4 customers were leaving.
Dark and cold place, inside there were only me and my partner as customers.
A salad, a plate of pasta with tuna and olives drowned in oil, a half-litre plastic bottle of San Benedetto water drunk by the neck because the glasses were "opaque"... €26 (which can fit) without a receipt….. I don't recommend
02/12/2024: Stay away from this trap: rude and uncouth owner; skyrocketing prices. Change direction, highly discouraged.

27/11/2024: I go in to have a coffee with friends. After 20 minutes the lady at the counter shouted to us "we need the table" while one of her colleagues was preparing to clear the table.
Rudeness and rudeness are commonplace.
14/10/2024: The man working there was incredibly rude towards my partner and me for no reason. He started shouting at us, so we had no choice but to leave immediately even before we could finish our coffee.

04/08/2024: Because I can't give zero to this bar ever again. I stopped for an aperitif and when I was served the glass was half with 2 chips and they even asked me 7 euros per spritz when at most I gave them 3. Learn to make aperitifs!!!!!!

06/12/2024: El peor café del mundo, odian a los españoles. Son feos y desagradables. No son limpios el sitio es guarro. No gasten dinero en su local. Esta reseña es del 6 de diciembre del 2024.
23/10/2024: Este lugar está justo en la estación de tren en Varenna Italia y se están aprovechando de los turistas que quieren comer algo mientras esperan el tren. Tomé un café y una galleta y fueron nueve euros. El café era mediocre, al igual que la galleta. Me sentí realmente estafado. No suelo dar malas críticas, pero sin duda le aconsejaría que se mantenga alejado de este lugar. Camina un poco por la carretera y consigue algo decente a un precio razonable.

Erano in due al banco, e nessuna delle due mi ha chiesto cosa volessi, erano più impegnate a parlare tra di loro.
Non ci ritornerò più.

Difficilmente ho assistito ad uno spettacolo così penoso di un uomo che prende a male parole i clienti per broblemi,suoi, di vicinato.
Clienti che si sono limitati a difendendersi dall'attacco di una vicina maleducata e prepotente.
Ripeto inqualificabile
