21/01/2025: The cashier (an elderly woman) was particularly rude to me and a friend of mine and I will tell you about the episode that happened. At the time of payment, my friend asks her if by chance the price of a beer had increased by a few cents since he remembered €4.50 (having been there other times) and the cashier showed him the price shown on the accompanying menu with a very acidic and unnecessary comment that said "well if you read it you'll see that it costs €5 instead of €4.50" as if to treat him like an incompetent, leaving me and my other friends perplexed. At the time of payment, when it was my turn to pay my share by card, I had problems with the Applepay app and my payment was rejected several times and when another friend of mine wanted to pay with cash to optimize time and not create a queue, she responded by replicating the same dislike as a few minutes earlier with a "oh no, now you'll make me finish this receipt" (addressing me) not understanding that I was having serious difficulties with the app and, although I remained calm , she showed herself a lot annoyed and inclined to make other comments in poor taste. I feel sorry for the rest of the staff but I think she runs everything and totally ruined my experience there. Where there is rudeness, my friends and I try to find the best elsewhere.
