Returned after a while hoping to find at least the same kindness, it wasn't like that at all, I would like to point out that I am in a wheelchair and even access to the bathroom is only possible if you can get there on your own two feet, if you take the drink at the counter the receipts they are a mirage and at the ATM they obviously prefer cash payments very often without receipts, prices slightly higher than average but when you think of sitting in their gazebo which is what I did with another disabled person they obviously like it, we well dressed and not second class customers we received treatment which was, to be honest, absurd: first of all, despite the intense cold we were in, after 2 minutes only 2 customers turned off the heating and opened everything, then at the same time the girl arrived to take the order but you never know he asked to pay before the drinks arrived at the table, after which even if other guests had previously smoked cigars, I had an unlit cigarette in my hand and I was ordered NOT to light it, we had entered for a coffee, and in the end I paid and left the place where we were obviously not welcome, hoping not because of our "different" condition, the menus at the tables are also missing, among other things, don't look at the ground, I would like to point out that I usually don't complain and I also ignore the most evident lack of hygiene, if I choose to sit down it is not possible to worry about the rudeness of those who should offer a service to the public but evidently on Christmas Eve he screwed up due to problems of his own revealing himself in all his professional incompetence or for what he was not taught, in short, a place to avoid, receipt attached, in short, of the 10 minute stay with the owner's order not to return again, we adopted this solution: changed bar
31/12/2024: We took 2 proseccos and 1 amaro and were served after almost 30 minutes spent inside their gazebo waiting for someone to come and serve us. The courteous service but not very present staff left something to be desired in general about the cleanliness of the tables and the lack of à la carte menu...
